DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! Called AAA because my battery died. In Tune's tech told me the battery was fine, that my starter was dead and talked me into allowing him to tow my car to his shop. When I finally reached someone, they told me my transmission was shot, that it would cost $3000. I went to see myself and low and behold the car was able to be jumped and moved under its own power. I drove it to a real shop and a new battery later, it's running perfect. Don't ever go to this shop. This is a scam an no one should fall for it.

Gettho lady almost towed my brother's car when he visited my aunt at the housing authority. What residents don't have the right for visitors? Then she charged him 194 to let it go???? Also there was some neighbors with her that aparently give her the advice when someone comes. People get a legal and descent job. If my brother does not get his money back I will have their license to operate suspended. Messed up with the wrong person.

If i could give it zero stars I would. A family member had a medical emergency on the road and the police officer had the car towed here. They wouldn't allow us to pick up the car over the weekend (or give us any information about fees and payment) but were charging us for it being there. Then they would only allow us to pay cash to get it back (probably a scam so they don't pay taxes or can hide some of the money). We were from out of state and no one told us it was cash only, we almost had to make a second trip to get it. The staff member had zero compassion. Then we had to push the car from the back of the building to the front to get gas for it (thank you to the one nice person who actually helped us). I will be reporting this place to the BBB and contacting the IRS to see if they can look into their finances and also discussing this with my attorney since they wouldn't allow us to get the car yet charged us for those days, doesn't seem legal.
