Brought in my GMC Terrain for a transmission flush after 85,000 miles, they found an axel leak which they repaired. The car now runs and shifts like new. Thanks

Our car broke down on the Merritt Parkway at the start of our trip home to NC on a Friday night in January. We had it towed to a safe location and on Saturday morning I started calling the few auto places that were open. One of the places was a tire shop, and the gentleman on the phone said it sounded like a transmission problem and suggested I call the “only honest” transmission specialist in town-Croce’s Transmission. I submitted a contact form on their website and also left a voicemail on their phone, and within an hour I had a live email reply, and Tony, the owner also called me. He was actually on his way into the shop even though it was closed, and was unable to see anything outside, so he said he would tow it in and look at it first thing Monday morning. My husband and I had to get home, so we left the car with them and rented a car to drive home to NC. In the meantime I discovered there was a Ford issue with the car and emailed the details to Tony. He worked directly with the Ford representative so that we didn’t have to pay a penny out of pocket. Once it was fixed, he asked if he could drive the car home to make sure everything was running smoothly because he knew we had a long drive back and didn’t want to risk us having any issues. I flew up to CT on a Friday night and arrived to pick up my car after the shop had closed, but they had a lock box so I could get my keys safely and easily. What started as a scary situation ended up having the best possible outcome thanks to Tony, Christina and the crew at Croce’s Transmission. They are good people you can trust and they take pride in their work, I can’t recommend them highly enough. I have been in the customer service business for over 30 years and always appreciate when I receive outstanding service, and Croce’s transmission delivered above and beyond.

I call the shop to let them know that my transmission with shock. They insisted for me to bring the car for diagnostic. Price for diagnostic $240.00. Mind you I already told them it is the transmission it gone. I also let him know that I didn't have thousands of dollars. I said I needed pricing for a transmission. He stated he couldn't give me prices. This place is a Robbery.Never agian. So basically I pay him to tell me the samething I told him. The disrespect He wants over $4,700. I bought the car for $3,500 what do I look like a dummy. I found a transmission for $900.00 and the shop I go to is going to charge me $500.00 to install. Make this make sense they love robbing ppl. I don't trust shop because they stay doing the most and charger the most. P.S Don't do it in less you got lots of money to give away.
