No one ever answers the phone, also they tell you a part will be here one day and it doesn't come in until 4 days later. And do they ever call to let you know about the delay? Nope, you have to spend 45 mins on the phone to try and get a hold of someone to tell you there was an issue with shipping.

Worst parts department ever. No one ever answers the phone. I'll be on hold for over 45 minutes trying to find parts before anyone answers the phone. And when they do answer they don't care to help.
