Their service sucks! I want to give zero star. I bought my vehicle in this store so I did a lot of following car service there. I replaced the both front and rear pads and rotors on May 2023, total costed about $900. But today, only after one and half years, my rear pads is only 2mm. I have only driven for 10,000 miles for commuting. I don’t understand why this happened. It’s ridiculous! So I asked another car repair store, they mentioned my pads wore down unevenly because the connections between pads and rotors are not perfect enough. Also there are two bolts missing in my rear pads. I feel distrustful for the service in this store and will never come again. Want to tell everyone to do service in this store: DON’T WASTE YOU TIME and MONEY!!!!!

Warning when buying a Hyundai palisade! Bought a new 2021 and it has been a nightmare! Broke down three times left me stranded till a tow truck arrived. All three times very dangerous situations lost power steering lights would flash car would die right where it was at when you were driving it.. Endless trips to dealerships both Streetsboro, Hyundai , and Bedford Hyundai nightmares at both places. Only for Hyundai to replace a part of the motor after it was burning oil. Took it today to Bedford Hyundai spent four hours waiting for them to To make a repair that they never assessed what the problem was the first time, so the repair could not be done Communication is terrible. The only way you get somebody is when you show up there at the place. Bottom line you’re saving money on a vehicle, but you better get rid of it before the warranty is up and if you have to have any dealership do the work while it’s under warranty, good luck. Just a rough estimate it has probably cost Hyundai at least $40,000 in repairs, labor, towing, etc. and not to mention a customer driving an unsafe vehicle. I don’t get why Hyundai has not reached out to us and made this right.

2.5 hours just for an oil change and first time maintenance (which is essentially nothing as the car is brand new). This is with an appointment. Guess I’ll be driving to the west side for routine maintenance from now on.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Came here to get my rear right tire replaced 5/29 because it had a bubble in it and I got a tire warranty waited almost 3 hours just to find out they never replaced it gave me a receipt saying they did. My tire pressure light ended up coming back on 3 days later and I had people tell me this is not a new tire they never replaced it. Came back up here just for them to be confused and told me I’d have to come back the next day for it to get replaced because no one there knows how to replace a tire. They do not know what there doing, no one is on one accord & they’ll lie to your face about what they did to your vehicle. PLEASE DONT GO HERE
