I love the fact that Jackie, Hunter, and Josh are very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Josh did an amazing job doing my spark plugs and making sure they worked properly before I picked my 2016 Edge up from Hub. Also looked over my car to looked at my exhaust and quoted me out on a price. Oil changes are reasonable as well as my spark plug change. Thanks for taking care of my car for me.

2 years they put tires and "replaced" the ball joints on my friends car well today I was working on it and the tires they put on only 2 years ago where made in 2016!! They charged him for new tires and put on 8 year old tires. And as for the ball joints they are shot so either they didn't replace them or they put low quality parts on that after only 2 years already need to be replaced I see lots of posts about this business talking about honesty integrity but I wonder if anyone actually realizes what they're doing to their cars and how old the parts they're putting on I'm disgusted that they took advantage of my friend!!

I needed a tire replaced due to a slow leak from a nail. The tire shop down the road that I have used previously could no longer get the falcon tire I needed due to an issue with their distributor. I called all around the greater Lansing area and Hub tire had the best price by $20. I happily ordered from them. I brought my vehicle in and they quickly swapped out the tire and got me back on the road, I will definitely be coming back here with all of my vehicles

My wife’s vehicle needed an oil change and a front brake job. Hub Tire always provides exceptional service that is timely and professional. Hunter always provides great customer service and timely updates and Jason always does high-quality maintenance to keep our vehicles in great shape. I would not send our vehicles anywhere else besides Hub Tire for any service needs. They are usually pretty busy and that is because great businesses have customers that continue to return for service because they know it is top notch.
