I have been using H-A Specialist for many years now. I trust them implicitly! I will not buy anything but a Honda or Acura now because that is what they work on! Exceptional service! (And I am not related to Greg or anyone there AND I have not been paid for this endorsement! 😅)

They are amazing!! I have a 20 year old Honda and this is my GO TO shop for any work! Super nice people, they work with you to get repairs done quickly and have an awesome drop off system and everything. Shout out to Nicole who has helped walk me through repairs that need done so I can drive a safe car and not blow my budget. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!!!

I was recommended this place by a friend. The first time I went I ended up returning bc of some issue. But no biggie. I gave this place another chance in December. I was hearing noise and took it in, I was told it was my sway bar links and that I needed new tires to stop the sound. I fix the sway bar for 600 bucks plus Uber to get back and forth. I get brand new tires somewhere else. The sound never stops, I return and am told “oh no actually you need a new strut and that will stop the sound.” I’m passed a piece of paper with a 500 quote right before Christmas like it’s no problem. No apology or offer for discount. I leave with plans to return after holidays. But I then decide to have another mechanic look at it before paying the 500 sooner because the sound is unbearable to drive around with. He comes out and says “whoever put your sway bar links didn’t tighten them, you’re good to go.” The sound? Immediately gone. I almost paid 500 for what? I’d be a fool to return to this place.

I am writing this review as a public announcement to avoid using this business for your Honda or Acura car repairs. I would not recommend this company to anyone! The quality of their work and accountability are lacking and unsafe!  The work done on my car became a huge safety issue, which is very concerning. After confronting them, they will no longer service my vehicle. Very unprofessional! Shame on you.

I’ve had my Acura serviced here multiple times and I’ve never experienced anything but honest, excellent work at very fair pricing. Better than servicing at dealerships, this location has great mechanics and low overhead.

H-A just did our 30k service and we were extremely pleased with the experience. They always do a fantastic job for reasonable price. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Been taking our Hondas to them for years and always impressed how much they care for their customers. A+
