G & R Auto Care Inc.

We have been going to G&R for a few years and have been incredibly impressed with the service that we have received. We trust them, which is HUGE for an auto mechanic. As someone who knows nothing about cars, they take the time to explain everything to me and I feel that their prices are fair. They are always able to get us in quickly. Jon in the front is very good at what he does. Great customer service, friendly, and he knows his “auto stuff” to explain things in simple terms. Highly recommend (although I hesitate to write this as I feel like they are currently none of our “best kept secrets” in Cuyahoga Falls).

Glad I listened to some friends on auto repair businesses. Took my husbands truck to G and R in Cuyahoga Falls and got the best service. So friendly and all around great place. Good prices too.I will recommend them always. My new auto repair!!!!! Thank you John.

I came over to fix a loose heat shield, and they didn’t even charge me anything. Oh, and I guess John is pretty cool. His demeanor was a welcome change after a long night shift for myself. A+ and I’ll come back if my car explodes too.

I had someone suggest G&R to me because they’re honest & fair priced. as soon as I met them I could tell they’re honest, so kind and explain everything you’re paying for and what they worked on. I finally have a mechanic I completely trust!

This guy (John) is super helpful! I called him about an electrical issue on my 2018 Toyota Highlander. John told me his brother is better equipped to deal with electrical issues for vehicles from 2016 and newer. John directed me to his brother’s business (Zehner’s) and they had my issue diagnosed by 3:30 pm. I’ll be back!!!
