If you’re struggling to find a trustworthy shop to take your Subaru, look no further. Helpful, honest diagnosis and fair pricing. The dealership told me I needed new brakes, front and rear. I called around for estimates. These folks wouldn’t do an estimate without a free inspection. I brought it in and they told me I had 40% life left on the rears and 70% on the front. And the quote to replace the rears when the time came was much more affordable than the dealer. Since then, they’ve been my go-to for oil changes and scheduled maintenance. The car always feels great when I get it back.

We took my son's 2008 Honda Civic to get the starter changed. They were extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. Luckily we do go to repair shops often, but I am glad we were told about Import Autocare. They did a test to make sure it's the starter and then called me to make sure we're okay with the repair. The cost was just Slightly higher than other shops, but it was worth going to an experience and reputable repair shop. we had the car towed there and the repair was done within a few hours from when they told us they will start on it. Hopefully we don’t have other issues in the future with the vehicle, but if we do, I know where we will be going to get it taken care of. Thank you Import Autocare 🙏🙏

I never feel like Gregg and the folks at Import Autocare give me the run around or bad pricing. They have always given me modest pricing on repairs and I trust my car getting worked on by them. I like that they will text you photos of what’s going on while they work on your car. I never feel like I’m being treated condescendingly or talked down to. Gregg explains everything pretty well that even I can understand for someone with limited car knowledge. I guess the best thing about this place is feeling treated like a person and not a dollar sign. These guys are really cool. Thank you!!

Gregg and the group at Import Auto Care have been providing us with excellent service for years. We live about 40 minutes away, but feel it’s worth the trip to Import Auto Care when our vehicles need work done. We don’t go anywhere else.

Import Autos in Cuyahoga Falls, OH did another awesome job on the routine maintenance on my car along with taking care of the heater shield that had come loose. One of the mechanics went the extra step and put my rear license plate in the back of my car. So grateful for this business, Nora, their mechanics, and owner.
