Today is 12/07/2024 and I couldn't be more pleased with the care given to my 2015 Hyundai Sonata by ERIC (Absolutely the BEST) or the constant communication from Bill about the status of my vehicle. The car, after all is 10 years old, but it is MY car and MY way to work everyday. The age of my car called for extensive work and I was hesitant. But I was recommended by another GREAT company (B&B Auto Cuyahoga Falls) who assured me that the depth of my needed service could be handled by STEVE'S AUTO. I thank you guys (and girl 😉😊) for all your kindness and ERIC, for your MASTERFUL WORK. My Sonata runs like it's BRAND SPANKING NEW. Steves Auto has gained yet another new loyal customer. Can't rate them on their services but they definitely didn't help my situation at all.I took my car back not even 3 weeks after they did $2000 worth of repairs because of a noise in front end.They called and told me everything was fine except my jack or tire iron was making noise in spare tire location.They charged me to look over their work and they left jack,tire iron and trailer ball mount laying out in back of car making even more noise.I will also add they did a complete inspection before repairing multiple front end parts 3 weeks ago and now say control arm bushings are worn.Strangely enough they just replaced control arms and ball joints 3 weeks ago.Looks like I will jack it up myself to see what they actually fixed.

BEWARE NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They'll take your money and they'll be laughing all the way out to your car. Because they know that you just got ripped off. And besides wasting too much money, you have to take it back so that they can do it correctly. Never ever, ever, ever again. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I cannot say enough great things about Steve's Auto Service. I am new to the area, and just took my car to the dealership when I was having issues with it. They quoted me $2,400, so I took it to Steve's for a second opinion. Steve's was able to do the exact same work for $900, while being incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough!

Gotten some big jobs and some small ones done by these guys, they do a great job and they're quick, the price has always been great and my ass is gonna keep coming back, these guys are one less thing I gotta worry about

I’ve had my car worked on two times previously to this and found my service to be good. This time I didn’t have service done but was waiting for a rear brake replacement. I admit that I didn’t have an appointment so I didn’t expect to be first in line or even done that day or the next day. What I did expect though was communication. I called as soon as they opened and explained my situation and they said they would look at it and let me know. No further information given which at the moment I was fine with considering I did just leave my car without an appointment. I called much later in the day and Bill informed me that they hadn’t looked at it yet which again I understood because it was my bad for not making an appointment. I asked if I should just make an appointment at which he informed me they had nothing until Tuesday. I feel that if someone is entrusting their car to you you should probably let them know what’s happening I.e. they can’t get to it for a long time and that your car might just be sitting there for a week or more. Communication goes a long way and Bill could have been more helpful and maybe could have showed a little bit of friendliness and kindness from the get go. My husband who had work done a few months ago also said that he seems to be rather grouchy or that it feels like we’re bothering him. Their work is good but Bill could use a lesson in customer service and friendliness. Maybe he should consider that being nice is part of business too.

I had the most incredible experience with Steve’s Auto! Their pricing was fair, they got me in quickly, and they got everything finished quickly. After a terrible experience with a dealership, they went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they fix my issues, they saved the parts and documented everything thoroughly so I can go back to the dealership to try and get my money back. I will most certainly be back.

Took my 55 Chevy in for a full exhaust setup and a bunch of general maintenance and they did awesome!! Steve, Bernie, and patty are all so great and did such a good job i can’t thank them enough for all they did! Definitely recommend 😎

My dad recommended Steve’s to me and they were awesome! Didn’t overcharge and were very thorough in showing and explaining to me what was going on with my car. (And Patty is freaking great!)
