Great customer service till they are not. I brought my truck in, due to tree damage during the hurricane. They got with my insurance and repaired my truck. When it was finished they brought to me so I wouldn’t have to leave work. This was good customer service until I got in my truck that evening. My blinker on my passenger side wasn’t working properly, overspray down the side of one of my doors and the washer fluid light wouldn’t go off. I called and set up a time to bring it back in. They repaired everything but my blinker, which was due to my back passenger tail light being busted. I had before and after pics so I knew it was part of the damage. They told me not to worry they would take care of it. Then I find out from my insurance that Gerber had told them that I had busted the tail night after they repaired. I contacted them and the manager said, no worries will take care of this and to be waiting on a call. It’s been several several weeks now and I haven’t received any call. My claim has been closed out with my insurance and nothing of repairing my broken tail light. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this body shop to be honest. They told me it would be done at a certain time and then it took longer, which caused me to have to pay more to Enterprise for my loaner. They stated there was nothing they could do about that either. (12/10/24) -after reply from owner. There has been no calls, texts or emails from Mr. Steven or anyone else from Gerber Collision. (I will change this when there has been a call from them to resolve issue.)

Super impressed Gerber's facility. It is neat, clean welcoming, and spacious. The garage is huge and very well organized. It gave me a feeling of confidence in their ability to make the necessary repairs.

I know there are some other reviews on here that are far from Stellar however I had a good experience here. The body work done to my car was Flawless the paint was perfect and my car was ready exactly when it was promised to me. Also the communication throughout the process was excellent

Nothing but great things to say! Heather and the staff were so friendly and easy to work with. They were SUPER communicative throughout the whole process of getting my car repaired. Can’t recommend this location enough!

My car needed 3 very minor fixes. It took months and repeated phone calls for Steven to get the work done. Cathy who answers the phone very professionally and politely did return a phone call and Steven returned one. Although I was furious for not returning my calls, I really appreciated that they finally completed these 3 small tasks and in one day.
