Best Jiffy Lube experience I have had in years. Young tech who guided me in and took information was super polite and professional. Waited in my car as they asked about tire rotation and replacement, air pressure, etc. Just wanted to get oil changed in and out, which he picked up on. Everyone else was fast and efficient. Told the tech who rang me up this same thing. Will definitely go back

Changing my review and wont be returning - after taking my car to a local mechanic when jiffy lube quoted me $800 for brake replacement and told me thaty brakes were in horrible condition, the local mechanic told me that my brakes did not need to be replaced yet and had a lot of miles left on them and that jiffy lube was price gouging. I understand that places want business and will make things sound more important than they are, but to say my brakes are terrible when there was nothing wrong with them altogether is different. Glad I listened to my gut and got a second opinion and went somewhere else that didn't try to take advantage of a pregnant woman with two young children. No complaints about the oil change though and there is a small play area for kids inside the lobby.

Went to the Jiffy Lube in Greer on Wade Hampton Blvd. Andrue & the whole staff was very welcoming, professional and did a fantastic job. I just needed an oil change & fluid check and they went above and beyond to make sure my ride was good to go! Would definitely recommend this location to friends and family

Fast, courteous service. They discovered a transmission issue while changing my oil. The manager gladly spoke to my husband over the phone to describe the findings. I have never been so happy my oil change was due! The early detection saved me from a more costly issue or even worse, being stranded on the side of the road.

Employees were very nice, and we had a good experience overall when there. However, it looks like they lost one of the screws on our engine air filter housing. Even if they didn’t, they so massively over tightened the remaining 3 screws that they made it impossible for me to loosen them. I got 2 but the 3rd stripped.

It was very convenient. No appointment is needed, and I changed my oil in less than 20 minutes. The service was good, and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable.

My name is Mike. I went in on a Saturday morning to get my oil changed. I was greeted by an associate who was very polite and explained their procedure to me. I got in got my oil changed and they were very detailed about what they saw. I appreciate their service their courtesy and the place was clean and nice good group of people.

I needed to get my ride share van inspected. There were a few cars ahead of me but I waited. The greeter said 15-20 minutes. That’s was exactly correct. Everyone was professional and courteous. I just sat in my van and let them do their inspection. They charged me $20 for the lift and Uber forms. I’m sure an oil change will be in the future as well. Their prices are average like most everyone but the professional actions of the staff shines out. Thanks for the service.

This is my go to place for having the oil changed in our vehicles. Since I'm on their email list I frequently get coupons that make the cost of an oil change cheaper than any of the other shops around town. My wife just took her vehicle in and was able to use a $25 off coupon. The wait has been minimal each time we have gone. You can even stay in your vehicle if you want while they perform an oil change.
