Mavis Tires & Brakes

We had our breaks done and also purchased tires for our truck! They did an amazing job. They are dog friendly which we loved because we bring our dogs everywhere with us. I highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes!

Wow! These guys got me into the shop for a tire repair on a Sunday. Waited maybe 25 minutes and they took amazing care of everything. Super honest about the pricing and what could be the outcome of the repair. 100/100 coming back for all my tire needs.

I had to get new brakes and rotors for my car and they were able to get me in right away on a Friday afternoon which was great for me. The staff was very nice and the lobby was clean and comfortable if you are having to stay while they work on your vehicle. Unfortunately, they're not cheap so you're going to probably pay more here than somewhere else, but you're also paying for the convenience of them getting you in sooner and being able to wait until the work is done. The cost is the only reason for not giving them 5 stars. They do offer a military/veteran discount which helps a little.

I was in the greer location the other day and the manager Shawn did an amazing job. He went above and beyond to make my experience a very quick and smooth one. Could not recommend him or the store more. And their prices are very fair.

Cant write words to describe how good these people are. Entire staff is amazing top to bottom. LOW CAR FRIENDLY!! They seriously have the best attitudes and iv never gotten the same kind of treatment at other big chain shops. It feels like you’ve known these people for years. RARE to find at a shop nowadays. They were beyond accommodating to me for a walk in alignment on my bagged car. When it wasn't bang on, they almost literally bent head over heels to get me right. Seriously good shop. Seriously good employees. They all deserve raises and this store deserves 5 STARS!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Auto Place! They took me in right away and quickly patched up my flat tire. They also replaced my windshield wipers and took great care of my car. Kiersten was especially pleasant and helpful, and the guy who assisted me (in the red shoes) was great too! I highly recommend this place for their excellent service and friendly staff.

I recently visited Mavis for routine car maintenance. The staff was professional and courteous, greeting me promptly upon arrival. An extra special shout out goes to the manager, Shawn, for going above and beyond by providing me with a full understanding in terms that made sense to me (hard for a gal to understand all that “mechanic” lingo 😆). Prices seemed fair for the services as well. I will return in the future for my car maintenance needs. Thank you Shawn and the rest of the Mavis team!

Went in shortly before closing time and Sean made absolutely sure that we were taken care of before he left. We had a tire deflating as we pulled in. Because of his customer service, this is our new go-to tire and brake shop. Thanks again Sean, and Mavis. You are immensely appreciated.
