Discount Tire

Arrived to take advantage of the free tire rotation since I purchased my tires there some time ago. The tires are nearing or maybe even surpassed their mileage- but I am getting a new vehicle in about 2 months. I’m not about to buy new tires now. The store clerk walked out to my vehicle to complete my check in and said, “ They will not let me rotate Tires this bald.” Who is “they???” Yes the tires are worn but why does that keep them from being rotated? (They are not “bald”- see photo) I wasted absolutely no time, I said to the gentlemen “OK goodbye” - got in my car and left. Congratulations discount tire – you’ve lost my business for life.

We had a great experience at this location. They got us in right at our appointment time and had our new tires on and us out the door in less than 40 minutes (it was a full house, so I was shocked at how efficient they were). Great customer service as well!

These guys are great! I've purchased tires for numerous vehicles from them, and their prices are always competitive. Today, I took my truck in to repair 2 tires for leaks, and in less than an hour, they had my truck repaired and didn't charge me a dime! I highly recommend them!

I’ve always had good experiences at this location so I thought they deserved a review. Bought my tires online and they mounted them up to my new wheels, and transferred over the TPMS from the old wheels for free. No dings on my swanky new rims, they did a great job. Good work and good customer service, would recommend to anyone, and I’ll be back.

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire on Wade Hampton Blvd in Taylors, SC. After hitting a chair on the interstate and shredding one of my tires, I needed all four replaced with new Firestones. Lucas at the front desk was absolutely amazing throughout the process. I had to order a replacement wheel from Toyota, and when I returned a week later to have it installed, the team did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional, and the pricing was unbeatable. Lucas even went above and beyond to price match Sam’s Club for the same tires, which saved me even more money. This was such a smooth and hassle-free experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my tire needs. The older gentleman REALLY needs to work on his friendliness. All the other staff seems cool and like they genuinely want to help customers. I won't say his name online, but if you don't like people.....retire. Please smile, engage, and ACCEPT what customers want, not just what you want them to have. Also "Discount Tire" needs to come down on their prices.

Lucas was able to help me out with a premature wear issue on a tire that I was experiencing. Used to have good experience with a particular manufacturers tire but they had been experiencing quality issues so I expressed my displeasure in them only attainment of almost 1/3rd of their stated warranty. Lucas was able to have them credited back to me for the remaining treadware prorated and suggested another manufacturers tire which upon my investigation provided superior wear and handling. I appreciated his honesty and ability to take care of any issues with the tires that arose. Thank you Lucas appreciate your character it is a rare thing these days, a pleasure.
