Genesis of Las Vegas Service Center

Outstanding service: from making an appointment to the delivery of my car. On my appointment date, I drive in to service and is met by a representative who takes care of all requirements needed to address my issues and then escort me to receive my paperwork and key for my loaner. All paperwork is done for the loaner prior to my arrival. I sign my name and the agent is waiting outside to open the door of the loaner and inform me that he will text me when my car is ready for pick. All done and on my way in less than 15 minutes. Wow!

Stay away from buying genesis, all you hear when buying this car is a lie. Vip service is just a joke. Not only they never have appointments available for two months but they don’t even have car loaners for two months. Who schedules their service two months in advanced? I even tried talking to a manager and left a voice mail but I guess existing customers aren’t good enough to return their call. I get stopped at least 4-5 time a month on what my opinion on this car is and trust me I have been telling them exactly who they will be dealing with. Not to mention my navigation has never worked and again no one cares when I address it.

The team at Las Vegas Genesis was amazing. They were able to service my G80 while I was in town for a conference, while my local California dealers couldn't make an appointment for several weeks. The Las Vegas team went above and beyond providing a loaner and delivering my G80 to my hotel when the service was complete.

Buy a Genesis at your own caution. Great initial quality on GV60, but have now been without a functioning GPS/navigation system for over two months. Took to this dealer in September who supposedly ordered a replacement part... now two months later, no word from dealer, nor any reply to the various voicemails that have been left. Legacy automakers have significantly better customer service than this new brand.

Victoria was absolutely fantastic providing exceptional service during my last service visit. She gave professional advice about services not needed at the time and quoted cost of maintenance that was very close to the actual cost. I always feel comfortable when I bring my car in for service.
