Great group of guys Matt is super nice and answer all your questions, Mario is super nice and respectful and JD was very cool they went above and beyond with my new to me Harley Road Glide and when I went to pick up the bike my fathers car got stranded in their parking lot and they came out and fixed his car and treated us like family and wanted nothing in return just wanted us to get back home safe it showed me how kind and respectful they care about their customers. This the only place I will trust from now on with my motorcycle thanks guys!!!!

Great group of guys. They helped me deal with a quirky issue I was having mounting new tires on my vintage 70s Honda. They got me squared away and taken care of at an extremely reasonable price.

This will be the first and last time I ever deal with Gem City and it’s not about the work they do it all has to do with the piss poor communication and customer service call the shop multiple times a day with no answer leave a message with no call back absolutely piss poor customer service

Great shop! They did a 4 speaker upgrade to my brand new 2024 Street Glide. It's loud and sounds great. Can't wait to go back and get air ride. Check them out!
