Never again , I got 4 “brand new tires” , if you wanna say they are brand new. I only have them for a year and already having issue. They were fine then not even 2 months of having them , a big bump form on to my front tire. It was fine to drive since they wouldn’t replace it since I wouldn’t give them more money for warranty. I’m not paying 800 for tires then another 80 for a warranty. Should already come with warranty. After 6 months goes by , same tire form another big bump but it was way worst. They are the most junky tires I ever bought. Maybe since I was a girl they could sold me the use tires.. lesson learnt to look at them before driving off. On a donut after paying that much 😭

Went there for oil change with appointment. They pulled in the car at 2 pm and I got my car back at 4:05. They could have asked me to come after 3 pm. I always check the oil level after oil change. As I was busy, I checked it later in the evening. I saw they overfilled my car by more than half of a quart. They told me the Full is F sign not the dot near the F sign which is laughable. Even if it is F, the oil was still overfilled. Now I have to take the car to a different mechanic to withdraw it. Also, my car was driving well. But after they did tire rotation the car started pulling towards left. I mentioned this issue and they said I have to pay $51 for the wheel balancing. Even if it needs balancing, I am not doing it with them.

I overfilled my car with oil. They were nice and kind and very helpful. They also helped me get on a payment plan. Great place will recommend.

First, I have been going to the Airway location for oil changes for decades. I have always been satisfied. However, my last visit was my last visit. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and replacement of headlight bulb (which they had done before for $29.95). They took it upon themselves to not rotate my tires. They weren’t even going to tell me but I watched them not take the tires off and asked. They said they decided not to because my treads were low. Excuse me? I asked that you rotate them, period. They also said my bulb replacement would be around $75. The mechanics on duty didn’t have small enough hands to do it without taking things apart. I declined that service. By then I was angry and promised to never come back - after decades. The manager acted nice but he seemed condescending. He did give me $5 off the oil change. Service like that builds distrust quickly and loses customers. This happened in December ‘24

Hello and good evening, To start things off, I’ve been going to Midas now for over two years I believe and never have I ever had an experience like this. On 2/21/25( I know this review is long over due) I went in to get my car look at because my engine light came on. While I waited as they analyzed my car the Assistant manager Ricky was at the desk. I over heard a conversation that he was having with a custom over the phone. He was informing the customer that they will have 12 months interest free if their bill is over 600. So now his manager got back to me about what was going on with my car. I went to the desk and then CLARIFIED with Ricky, that If I used my Midas card will it go underneath the 12 month plan; He responded YES. Now long story short, I got my bill online and look at my promotional plan and it said only 6 months. Also let me clarify, I am a college student who paying their own tuition, plus rent, bills, car notice and so much more. I Specifically asked Ricky about the 12 months because paying 986.0 for spark plugs would be too much to pay off right now in just 6 months. I Call Midas customer service they said I have to go back to Midas and have them redo the promotional plan. Went back the following week and saw Ricky. He said he don’t know what happened it was suppose to go through as twelve months and said that he don’t know how to redo it. To come back when his manager was there. Came back on Monday when Toby the manager was there. He flat out said there nothing he can do for me; and I said even though your assistant is going around saying false information. Then he looks at my trans earrings, looks at me and said, “I don’t know Dude, there’s nothing I can do”. I said “oh ok, I will not be coming back here”. So point of the matter is that be careful this Midas. They will screw you over and don’t care if you’re a student. Even though it’s their employee’s mistake.
