Was told that they would not put tires on my Ram 3500 dully because they didn’t know if their jack was rated for that much weight. Returned months later ordered the tires called and said I was coming in only to be told I would have to leave it overnight. 2 techs sitting around with nothing to do and they said they couldn’t change 4 tires in an hour and a half after telling me to come in. The woodman drive location is nothing more than an adult daycare for lazy technicians. I called the corporate office and they confirmed they are supposed to service ram 3500 dually and I’m waiting for a return call from the district manager about this latest incident. I will never allow Firestone on woodman drive the pleasure of selling me tires and I am cancelling my Firestone CFNA credit card.

My experience with Firestone has not been good. Ridiculously expensive and not good enough service. I made an appointment to have my car inspected/fix my brakes. I thought it would be a few hours, but it took an entire day to have it fixed, which was very inconvenient. When I called to check on the status of my car the next day, and while it was taking so long, the technician responded rudely and hung up the phone on me. Eventually, my car was fixed, but I'm not satisfied with the service I got, considering how much I paid to get it fixed. Firestone needs to do better and improve it's services and be more cost effective.

Booked an Appt for 2pm for a basic oil change. I even showed up early and STILL waited 2 hours!!! 2 hour wait for a booked appointment?!? With an empty waiting room the entire time. Don’t even bother booking an appointment and prepare to spend your entire day there because they have zero time management skills. Bring some food and water and maybe a sleeping bag because it may take them all night to perform a 5 minute procedure. Go ahead and just call in sick at work for the next few days because you will probably still be waiting on them. All the employees move in slow motion! Most places do on the spot oil changes in 5 minutes! Whats the point of booking an appointment if their not going to honor the time you booked for? DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENTIRE DAY HERE!

Customer service was at the minimum. Techs should have personal interaction by explaining work needed or things soon need serviced. I had a oil change and tire rotation. It would nice to have known the treads measurement of my tires, recognizing my warranty and any mile services that are coming up for my vehicle which would allow me to know firestone cares about the wellbeing of my vehicle inhopes to gain a loyal customer. Customer relationships are key to every business.

Had a 7am appointment and no one showed up until after 730 am. Checked my car in and then nothing. I had to call the next day to find out what was going on. I was just told the car was ready. I had to ask about the vehicle inspection and they seemed to know nothing about it until they pulled it up. I then asked to have the work done but of course there was no one there to do the work. I have used Firestone for years but never again will I waste my time.
