Scheduled oil change and tire rotation through service advisor James and everything went well as I expected. I purchased my car here, and had my previous Toyota serviced here as well. I did like the new feature of seeing a video/audio recap of my service afterwards. One thing the dealership did before the pandemic was offer a quick outside car wash when the service was finished if it was requested by the customer. I really wish the owner/leadership team would reintroduce this perk for customers. To me it was a visible act of appreciation of my business but wasn鈥檛 costly to the dealership.

It was very easy to make an appointment. Place is clean and spacious with modern equipments Employees are friendly. The technician are professional and knowledgeable. I will go back there to service my vehicle and I will recommend this place to all those who are looking for a good service for their vehicle. Only one thing was missing 馃榾: I wish that their fireplace was on, it was very cold outside,( 23 degrees) and a beautiful fireplace that they have there would bring warmth and make people even more welcome.

My Service Advisor recommended a front end alignment, as my 4Runner had 15,000 miles on it when taken in for routine maintenance. As soon as I left, I Felt like I was driving a totally different car. The Service Department did an Outstanding Job.

I was greeted fairly quickly. And Courtney was great.she explained things very clearly to this novice! She had a very pleasant attitude and was easy to talk with. I did not feel rushed nor feel talked down to in anyway. She accepted my current financial plight making suggestions for an alternative to having all suggested repairs & maintenance done at the moment. She made an appointment for me to come back to have the remaining work completed. I also appreciate the woman who came around as I was seated to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
