They make it very clear that they will not try to get any work covered by warranty. I bought a brand new Ev6 here a few months ago and I am having issues with a window. The lady at the desk won’t even glance at it without putting in a charge for labor. Separate occasion my older Kia Sedona has an extended warranty released by corporate Kia for leaking oil. The paper clearly states the diagnosis is free. Lady at Kia says it’s not. I call corporate and they say it’s free and try to contact the dealer. The dealer ignores them. So if I want them to look at it then I am stuck with $150 fee. I know there is no way that this dealership will even attempt to get corporate to cover anything.

This place is a joke. We were very happy originally because we were in serious need of a vehicle after a car accident. Bought a 2016 Chevy Equinox and a warranty. A year and a half in we have easily spent $2000-$3000 on repairs to the car. We took our car to the dealership and they refused to honor the warranty. Not to mention the fact we had to have the car towed there to be looked at. We will NEVER buy another car from them ever again. These people are crooks.

I purchased my 2012 Honda civic vehicle at this place about 3 years ago. It was a great car. I ve never been in shop even once. I financed, their interest was a little high but overall it was a great experience. Will go there again.

Talked to sales 2-3 times. They act reluctant to quote terms on a lease on K-5 LXS model. I live an hour away..act like they are really not too interested. Sales person, however, was pleasant. We don't have a local Kia dealer.
