Worst body shop experience EVER!! Imagine taking a very nice car in because it has overspray all over and needs to be totally repainted. The process should take a month tops, 2½ months later you get your car back with imperfections all over. So you send it back. After another 3 months you've finally had enough and tell them you want your car back. They find more excuses to delay returning it. When you finally get it back they resolved a few of the issues, but minimally. You contact them and tell them you refuse to return it to them again because they obviously can't perform the job properly and request that they find a shop that can or cover the costs of another bodyshop fixing their mistakes (pretty much painting the whole car again). Now another 2 weeks goes by with absolutely no response. The only options are to hire a lawyer and go after them for the cost of repairs, time the vehicle was left in the yard not being touched and lawyer fee's. If this is what you're looking for, ProAm is definitely the place you want to take your car. If not I highly recommend almost anywhere else

What an amazing experience with Pro Am Collision after my car vs deer accident. From the start their team is about building relationships! Doug and his team went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle not only looked pristine, but was mechanically sound. They identified mechanical issues that needed to be fixed and showed and explained to me the "why." They could have just done the job and been done, but instead, did their due diligence to make sure my vehicle was good to get back on the road. Great company to work with! Shout out to Jake for all the updates. Trevor for fixing those last minute items and Kerri and Stacy at the end of it all!

Carrie really took care of us at Pro Am. We bought a car through Carvana and had some things to get checked out during our 7 day window. They got us in quickly, addressed the problem, replaced the balding tires, and took care of everything through the warranty. Carrie knew exactly what would be covered by the warranty and took care of contacting them directly on our behalf. We never saw a bill or had to contact the warranty department ourselves. Overall, she saved a ton of $$$$! Highly highly recommend Pro Am!

When my car was hit in a parking lot, Pro Am Collision went above and beyond repairing damage. Not only did they give me a free loaner to use but they also were able to fix other dings and dents at a fraction of the cost. They are professional and have great communication. They knew exactly how to handle insurance and completed the repairs very quickly. 10/10 service!
