The place is okay. Nothing I've seen so far Sparks above and beyond service quality. I was told my vehicle would be ready in a week and a half, and it's been a month. There is constant miscommunication between text messages, phone calls, and in person communication. The staff seemed friendly enough but no one seems to be on the same page you could talk to three different staff members and get three different stories about your car. I just don't know if I will ever use them again.

From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Completely drained wiper and coolant fluids from my car during the process of their job and left everything completely empty upon pickup of my vehicle. Body work looks good, but the attention to detail and care that I’m used to from Fox has completely vanished- leaving me wondering what other steps they’ve skipped. Also, usually there is a light detailing done on the car interior after body work from your company, and not a thing was done. I’ve never been dissatisfied by Fox until now. I used to recommend everyone to Fox, but I don’t think I can do that anymore. Really sad to see the service has tanked so far.

I am not one to do reviews normally, but this place definitely deserves it. The manager at this location was so understanding on a very complex warranty issue. They were extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. When I picked the vehicle up today I was even more impressed with the quality of work. They not only took care of every issue beyond my expectations, but they also detailed the vehicle prior to pick-up. I would highly recommend this location for any of your auto body needs.

I truly had the privilege to work with Fox Collision Center on Plainfield. I had a 6 month old brand new car that got hit by another driver running a stop sign, and as you can imagine, I extremely heart broken that my BRAND NEW car now had a cracked bumper, headlight, and damaged hood. When I contacted Fox Collision Center, I had the privilege of working with David Le. Right out of the gate, I knew that David was a consumer advocate. I felt that I was in good hands and David was of the mentality that "good enough" isn't. He reviewed what my insurance had initially quoted and informed me that "we don't put used parts on new cars", and worked on my behalf to push my insurance to approve a new estimate which consisted of new parts and other needed repairs the initial insurance estimate had missed. We also coordinated a time that would best work for me to have the repair done and the Fox team was able to provide a comfortable loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. David and the team were also exceptional in under promising and over delivering. They initially set an expectation that the repair could take 4 weeks but were able to get it completed in under 2. Again, I am beyond thankful that I was referred by my dealer to have this team work on my vehicle. I'm definitely a believer of the work they do and will be recommending them to others as well as my first choice for any future repairs.
