Stopped in because my car was struggling to start now that the weather dropped into the 30's and figured I needed a battery. Nice Black gentleman tested it and confirmed it wasn't getting enough power. I asked if they installed them and he checked the terminals and was suprised that they were so clean (97 but garage kept and in great condition) and he said oh yeah they would install it. Went inside and he help another customer and was going to help me but a short bearded white guy comes and starts checking me out for a battery. He told me I can bring the old battery in when I install the new one and I asked him if he would install it. He sighed..... looked outside, (not snowing, not windy, 30 degrees and the parking lot is little with tons of light) and he told me he doesn't have his tools, its getting late (its 730 they close at 9) it's too dark and he doesn't have his flashlight. Great customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere.
