Hi my name George and recently I had the best experience with service and sales here at Pauli Ford in St John’s Michigan. The service department was professional and knowledgeable as to an issue with my 2016 F150, unfortunately where I had bought the truck from another dealership out of state they didn’t put together the warranty I thought covered the repairs needed on my truck. Premium Care I asked for bumper to bumper and for it to cover everything possible with the vehicle, that is not what I got, I will be addressing them on their lack of service and not following up with me to upgrade the warranty that I notice a month or more ago wasn’t what I asked for on coverage and peace of mind. I was told it was being put together to upgrade but that was 2 weeks ago and Nothing, I’ll be going directly to their dealership next week since the person in charge of putting that together and told me last week he’d have an upgrade for me Friday. No follow up from him all week and yet another I left voicemail to him as to if he had that ready. So long story short it was decision time for what I thought was done actually for a Premium Warranty wasn’t for what I had asked for. I have to take some responsibility for that I trusted that person to at least get back to me with options, but not be blown off when brought to their attention where I had bought this truck and wanted to upgrade to what I asked for. Live and learn. So I decided to start over and trade in the truck, here at Pauli Ford and every single person from, service, sales and financing got me upgraded to a 2018 with the best experience in 40 years of buying vehicles. They were clear, precise on coverage costs and gave me a great trade in price. I have nothing but huge respect for how everyone there works with the customers. Big thanks to Kevin, Robert, Jessica and Justin for turning my situation of how to move forward into a great experience. These are good people here at Pauli Ford, so glad I decided to start there to fix a minor problem with a cost that would have been well over the 100$ deductible to cover the repair needed. They listened, explained everything well in all areas of the process and made sure I got what I needed to have a great vehicle and peace of mind down the road. I recommend this place highly and again what a great group of people there to help in my time of need. Moral of my story is Premium Warranty is a must and worth a little more money to have on your vehicle to cover repair cost. Money well spent when you might need a repair over $100 for a deductible that covers everything for $100 deductible covered repair.

The Pauli Ford Service Center is awesome. Friendly staff and a great service where they will pick up your vehicle from you and deliver it home once work is done. I have used them for my vehicles and I highly recommend them.
