My boyfriend has been a long time customer of Flynn’s and he recommended them to me for an oil change… and I am so glad I went to Flynn’s! First, I love supporting local businesses so I was so glad I could give them my business. I called about 2 weeks ago to talk to an associate about pricing and if I had to make an appointment and the associate was so kind, friendly and informative. I came in yesterday and they took great care of me and my car! All the associates were just as kind and friendly as the associate I talked to on the phone. I will surely be returning to Flynn’s for my future oil changes & whatever I need as well as recommending Flynn’s services to everyone I know!

100/10 would recommend! Two days before my due date I hit a huge spike. Nut and all went into my tire. Guys got me in as fast as I could drive over. They put my spare tire on and ordered my new one for the next morning. Next morning I went to my baby appointment not feeling so well, headed over after and got my tire super speedy and headed home, safely... in early labor. Thanks to all the guys at flynns, later that night we safely made it to the hopsital and I delivered a healthy baby boy! We greatly appreciate the kindness of all the guys at the hermitage location!!

I have been a customer of Flynn's for decades with many great experiences. 27 January 2025 was not great. First off, at 08:50 it was busy in the place. That front desk guy was by himself juggling customers there and working the phone and he needed help. He did a great job managing through and I got checked in for my 0900 appointment. My wife and I decided to walk and shop while our car was getting an oil change and inspection. I made this appointment online the Friday before and was called to verify. I used the comments online and outlined my needs for my car, and inspect, a oil change, a tire rotation and a valve stem need replaced on my front driver side tire. We bought our tires from Flynn's so rotation and tire service is covered for us. I confirmed this with the guy as I gave him the key and let him know to call us when it would be completed. We got a call asking if I wanted a oil change about 20 min after we left by someone there, as I told him yes he said he read that on my notes but it wasn't on the work order. About an hour to two I received another call stating the oil filter housing needs replaced and I authorized this repair. We return to the store a bit after 11 we see our part delivered from the dealer and we are checking out 1230 almost 1. We get in our car and the low air passenger tire is on. In the past after a low air warning sometimes needs to be driven to reset so we left. Now as we are leaving I can see that the psi on all the tires was all different now the low pressure tire was on the rear passenger because the broken valve stem was rotated from the front driver. I inspected the tire and returned to have it fixed. I was upset and I was loud and direct about it to your employee. We have now spent 5 hours of our day and the one thing I never thought would be a issue from a place that specializes in tires was to overlook, ignore, whatever term that fits happened has happened. Right on our paper work it started that the tires were inspected and checked for air, if it had that valve stem would have had to be replaced since it was broken and couldn't take air. In the end it was made right and I hope that my next appointment works smoothly as it usually does. My observation was staffing was not great during check in, and that guy handled himself great but he needed help. Your staff in the back ignored your own quality and checklist while working on our car because this would have been caught and corrected. I feel that overall your company is great, and I hope your correct issues like this so decade old customers like us can continue to tell others how great your business has been.

I *highly* recommend Flynn's Tire & Auto Service. I went there most recently for a tire repair. All the employees I dealt with were professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They easily answered all my questions. The work they did was up to my high standards and was completed efficiently. I will use them in the future for other types of auto service they provide.

I will be a repeat customer for this Flynns. I am a firm believer that in every organization, whatever you get at the top of the heirarchy is what you get all the way down. The manager Sean is a great example of how a great manager results in a great team. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I called in about a set of very wide performance tires to put on my sports car wheels, and Sean told me to come in the next morning so that he can assure his best guy is on it. He balanced them so well that I don't feel any shake at all. Then not even a day later, I get a puncture in my truck tire, and once again Flynns did a phenomenal job balancing correctly and aligning all 4 wheels. My truck used to vibrate very bad at highway speeds to the point that drinks in my cup holder would splash everywhere if not covered. Now there is ZERO vibration. I also have black rims on both vehicles, and they took extra care not to damage my rims for both. This is one of those things where you can probably go to most places and get your tires swapped out and they will be fine. But this Flynns in particular takes just that one extra step to make sure not only that it is done, but it is done CORRECTLY. Thank you Sean and team for the great work you did!

The people was nice but I went for an oil change and I had 2 tires leaking from the stem. At first told me it would be about $20 to replace them also told me he didn't even have to look for the leak that it was obvious. Then turned around and charged me $80 to change the stems. I would have took it somewhere else if I would have known the price upfront. Crazy thing is I was going to buy 4 new tires in a couple weeks now I will be going somewhere else.Also woke up this morning and it was still leaking.

This was my first time getting service at this location. I had my air conditioning serviced along with brake work and new tires. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They fully explained a rebate option and completed the forms for me. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this service center.

Needed a quick tire repair, I was in and out in under an hour. The guys in the garage are polite and personable as well as efficient. Less than $30 for a quick fix that I definitely couldn’t have done better myself. Saved me time and a massive headache.

As a small business owner myself i know how reviews effect a buisness and I don’t typically leave reviews let alone bad ones, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I brought my vehicle in for a brake line replacement on February 26-27. While the repair took a little longer than expected, I understand how things can sometimes take time, especially as I’m a small business owner myself. However, after about 15 days of driving, I did my usual oil change and noticed that the brake line they replaced was kinked and improperly installed. I took the vehicle back on March 24, and they addressed the issue under warranty, which I appreciated. But shortly after leaving, with my 4-year-old in the car, I came to a stoplight and realized my brakes went all the way to the floor. I nearly rear-ended another vehicle as the brakes hadn’t been properly bled. I took the car back immediately, and they resolved the issue promptly. While I’ve always had good experiences with Flynn’s, particularly for tires, I feel like there needs to be a stronger focus on ensuring vehicles are fully safe before being returned to customers—especially when it comes to critical systems like brakes. I appreciate the quick fixes, but for the safety of customers, I hope they will take extra care to double-check these types of repairs in the future.
