I had a check engine light. Super friendly. Came right out to check it. Gave me a printout of what was wrong. I told him that I was going to the dealership the same day and guess what.... exactly what they said was wrong was with. So no unhappy surprises. Highly recommend them. Super friendly. Just stopped here to get a bulb replaced for my headlights. Anthony was awesome. The whole process took less than five minutes and he changed it for me. I was in and out less than five minutes exactly. This is now my go to place for my car issues. He was friendly extremely helpful and very efficient. Thank you Anthony. Appreciate you very much.

I went into Autozone with some questions about different engine additive products and Andrew Masotto met me at the door and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to do the job right the first time and his knowledge has my car running great now Thanks Andrew I’ll definitely be back if I have any more questions!

I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone, thanks to Andrew Masotto. After I explained my car’s issue, Andrew immediately identified the problem and recommended using MAF cleaner to clean the sensor. Despite the cold weather, he went outside to perform the cleaning himself. Now, my car runs perfectly. Andrew’s customer service was exceptional. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend AutoZone and Andrew for their excellent service.

I've been an AutoZone customer since they built the first store in my hometown Often thought about working there but when I applied I was told I would be using my college degree and my 30 years customer experience to unload pallets. Then after needing to change cell phone numbers a few times the system now refuses to update my number and makes me look like an idiot in front of customers and employees whenever I try to change it without losing the credits. More than once. Really getting tired of having to explain to employees that I'm not responsible for the system problems with changing my number Thank you when I finish my credits I'll shop somewhere else because I'm certain that the problem has cost me too much already.
