Brought my truck over to Fix Auto Shop and the work here was outstanding! The people as well were kind and very helpful. I was happy with the work and the results. Fix Auto has first class service. They were very comprehensive and kept me up-to-date on the progress of my car's repair. I was particularly impressed by My. Bobby Singh, he explained me the process and went out of way to expedite the process. Full marks to the team!!

The service I received from Fix Auto Fremont was exceptional! I had a collision commuting from Southern California, and brought in my car in the hopes that they could get it fixed on time for me to return down south. Snehal was such a pleasure from the very first moment! He was very thorough with the evaluation, explained everything, and made me feel comfortable. He assured me that it would be done on time and also offered to set me up with a rental car, which was fortunate, as there were no rentals available. But due to their excellent relationship with Hertz, I was able to rent a vehicle on their lot that was in for repairs. I chose Fix Auto based on their reviews, and they did not disappoint! My car is beautiful and was even completed earlier than promised! Thank you, Snehal and team for being so professional and moving mountains!

I can confidently recommend Fix Auto Fremont for providing the BEST customer experience, professional interaction, excellent automotive knowledge, and incredible outcome for repairing our vehicle. We are the original owners of our 2006 Porsche Cayenne. This vehicle was bought brand new one month before our daughter was born. We wanted a family car that would be safe, reliable, and fun. The car is dealer maintained and runs great after 17 years of use. Needless to say, it has sentimental value and is now considered a Porsche vintage vehicle. Our daughter got into a “fender bender” and ended up damaging the front of the car, specifically the bumper and grill. I was concerned that the repair would result in issues such as color mismatch, non-standard after-market parts and the car would never be quite the same. The team at Fix Auto Fremont delivered on their promise! The car looks like it came out of a Porsche dealer showroom. I was amazed at the flawless workmanship. They kept us appraised of the progress during repair process and delivered the car on time. They used Porsche OEM parts and without any prompting they touched up minor “road rash” marks on the hood as a good will gesture at no charge. The car was washed, cleaned and delivered in pristine condition. I normally do not write reviews however this review was earned as they beat every expectation in this scenario. They have a customer for life, and I highly recommend Fix Auto Fremont to anyone that needs automotive body work and repairs.

Great customer service. Their repairs are out of this world. This is my second time having them repair the damage to my car. I recommended them to my dad and he loved their work as I did. The service guys at my dealer told me to take my car to them to be fixed cause of their excellent work.

Awesome experience!! The shop went out of their way to get my car back to me after just 3 days. Only delay was the insurance comp authorizing everything. Fix Auto Fremont kept me up to date on the progress and did an amazing job! My car looks good as new! I am very happy and will def come back if I ever need more body work.

If you have a car crash, I highly recommend going to Fix Auto Fremont to get your car fixed. Snehal made the experience great! He has a great sense of humor and was very honest with me through the process of evaluating my car, securing parts, and making the repairs. In my car’s case, the repair was getting close to the value of the car. Snehal listened to me, understanding that I love my car and wanted to keep it despite the cost of the repair. We ended up being able to bill the whole cost to the insurance, but I do appreciate Snehal’s honesty and professionalism though the whole process. This shop is very organized and has text alerts set up to keep you informed. Making an appointment is easy! I was choosing between two different car shops and I’m glad I went to this one. My car looks sparkling, like brand new!

Car came out great the paint job could have came out a little better I noticed a couple very slight flaws, yet it was nothing to complain about with the factors of my car. Just make sure after your done, before picking up your car check the details of the repairs to make sure it was repaired properly and nothing else was damaged during the fixing process of your vehicle.
