Been using ar since the very beginning when they started doing mobile in a trailer! The customer service is not the same. I would only trust my drift car in their hands. I went in yesterday for an alignment and was rushed the whole time. Starting from the phone call to make sure I was still coming in before my actual scheduled arrival time to getting pushed out the door with an unfinished alignment. I was pressed because some other girl brought her car in and some how took more priority than me. It should never be the customers issue that you didn't manage your time right. They slammed me with a toe and go and the car needed a full alignment. I got pressed several times and basically got kicked off the rack with my alignment in the front worse than when I came in. The rear was supposed to be good to go but can clearly see one side with toe in while the other is not. Its unfortunate what this place has turned into. I will not be bringing my car back nor recommending anyone ever let the staff there touch their car! The car community in the bay area deserves better!

I reached out to the Artire shop to install on my Audi SQ5 new 22” Vossen HF-5 wheels mounted to Pirelli performance tires with a staggered setup. Great experience from beginning to end. I’m selective when it comes to who can work on my cars, so I highly recommend them.

I took my Camry for caster adjustment they were very helpful at the beginning I was told to drop the car next day morning and i did . I was patiently waiting the next day I called to follow up nobody answered five minutes later I got called back and told my car is ready and I went I was told by Adam they were only able to shift one degree the right side of the caster and I was charged $350 and then I went to my mechanic to do alignment we were surprised they haven’t shift nothing i start to compare before and after passenger side caster it was @2.7 and still @2.7 as you can see clearly in the picture .

I been using AR Tire for about 2 years already. I have have been using them since they were only a mobile service and have always been great! I have all sorts of cars from race cars to lifted trucks and they were always able to take care of me no matter where I am. Today was the first time I had work done at their new shop location. I had 2 sets of tires put on while i went down the street to Costco to shop. Top notch work as always. Its great that they have an alignment rack now so its a one stop shop. I am sure I will be using their services again soon.

Had some issues with aligning my car and for some reason everytime I would get it aligned 2 days later it would come out of spec.after a few trips we couldnt figure out what was causing the issue...I ended up finding out that my new roll center kit was to blame and was the complete cause of my car not holding alignment..I removed that kit and brought it back and so far so good ..this place knows how to do a alignment on sports/modified cars and would definitely recommend Edited I kept going to the shop after the fact. The last time I went to AR Tire I had them do another alignment and a wheel swap because I had a bad wobble that started after I ran over a 4x6 piece of wood. They found out that I had a bent wheel which they proved to me which was great. But I got my car back and got maybe 2 seconds down the road and I hear something stuck into my tire but I didn't think it was anything other than maybe a rock after I hit the freeway I noticed it wasn't . I also still had a bad wobble at speed. When I finally had a chance to pull over I noticed that there was a fender Bolt stuck in my tire. I can't really blame that on them but I do know that it came from them due to how quickly I heard the noise. I ended up going to Les Schwab to get the tire fixed the same day and almost all of my wheels were out of balance. I tried calling AR Tire multiple times after leaving their shop with no response and I did leave a voicemail. I personally feel like after the last incident with the ball joint problem as stated above I did not get the same service. Even though I had no problem paying the money and understanding the diagnostic fees I feel like I had worse service than before and will not be going back

I’ve been going to this place for a few years now and the service is definitely not how it used to be. Ardeine really was the heart and soul of this place and all those great reviews back then are all because of him. I’ve taken my two cars here a number of times for alignment, new wheels mount, and new tires mount and I’ve never had any issues before. The AR staff is no longer friendly and may judge you for being a woman. The service for alignment now takes at least one hour and I’m not even running crazy stretch tires or camber. I’ve been running air lift for over 4 years now. And both cars are on bags with height sensors. Thank you for questioning me as if I didn’t know anything about adjusting my drive height and how driving on the wrong height will effect the alignment. When I’m sure there’s many other ways to go about questioning the customer’s knowledge. I came back in Feb 2024 to get my new tires mounted, alignment for the car, and alignment for my other car. And this was when Ardeine had already left. I was allowed during this visit to adjust the height to how I wanted while the car was on the alignment rack although the worker was reluctant.. The ISF turned out fine but my daily started to rub after a month of driving. So I asked if it’s okay to come back to realign the daily. I did not beg for a discount or blame them for the issue. I just simply asked and they agreed to half off. So that part was fine since it’s my fault for choosing that height. Either way I was more than willing to pay for my own mistakes. But today.. I understand it’s customer safety to not be allowed to go back there but I just ask for a few short minutes to adjust my own height to how I feel and see the car. No shop has denied before. But I got denied and now my front of the car height is almost as high as my going over driveways height… then I was told if I want to change it again it’ll be another $90 charge. I was very sad to hear Ardeine had left and still wanted to give this place a try and now I know I won’t be coming back.
