I came out one morning to use my van, and my tire was flat. I had been experiencing a very slow leak in that tire but had just been refilling it every couple of months, but this morning it was flat. I filled it back up and took it to Firestone. There were a couple of customers ahead of me, but I was attended to in short order. I left my van for repair. They had me fixed in about an hour. I couldn't make it back to pick it up for about a day. I asked if there was an object in the tire, and the tech said it was a screw. I was on my way in no time. Everyone was friendly, and the tire repair charge was fair. I am a happy customer.

Worst experience ever with Firestone! I went to get my cv joint replaced. They replaced that, a tie rid end and did an alignment. A month down the road while I was driving the piece that is apart of the alignment snaps. The mechanic told me it was bc they didn’t tighten it after the alignment and had NEVER seen that piece snap in 30 years. Thankfully I wasn’t on the highway when it broke.

I had originally left a 5 star review. I had to change that because the tires I bought 4 years ago are dry rotted and falling apart after 25k miles and being stored in a garage. Come to find out the tires I purchased were manufactured in 2016 and were already 5 years old when installed on my vehicle. I am not very pleased, now that I need new tires I don't know if I'll be able to trust Firestone to to the right thing this time around. I guess this is a buyer beware situation. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE MANUFACTURE DATES OF YOUR TIRES! BEFORE PURCHASING.

I came in for an appointment to put new tires on my vehicle at 10am They said it should done within an hour. They took almost to 2pm to get my tires put on. 4 hours past then my initial appointment. Other than that. They put my tires on and they did a great job.

Had an appointment for an oil change. My truck holds 9 quarts. I asked the price for the oil change and he told me $134. I asked if that was for 9 quarts and Brandon said 5. He made the adjustment and then said it would be $184. I asked if they had a coupon or something. He said “Not in front of me”. I declined the price and went outside. I looked on my phone and pulled up a coupon for $59 for a synthetic oil change up to 5 quarts. I figured another $30-40 for more oil. He told me “that brought it down a little, it will be $134”. It was 6:15 and they priced their self out of an oil change because they didn’t want to fool with it. I wanted an oil change, not main bearings rolled in. I wouldn’t let this place work on anything.
