Best experience I have had with a collision company. Caliber was amazing with the claims process, updates, and having my vehicle finished ahead of the estimated due date. Excellent service and would use this collision company if ever needed again, (along with referring anyone needing a shop) although I am hoping I never need another repair shop from an accident.

My car was towed to Caliber for an estimate of extensive damage/repairs. First, I met the office manager, Cindy. Cindy had a wealth of knowledge about the whole process from start to end. She was friendly, professional and had some good tips. I met Lilly and Todd for the walk-around my vehicle pointing out areas of damage, seen and unseen. Both Lilly and Todd were personable and very knowledgeable. They have the ability to explain repair issues in a way that was easy to understand. I’m most impressed with the folks I met at Caliber.

This team replaced my front bumper and undercarriage for my Hyundai Hybrid and when I got the car back it looked like a brand new car. Mike definitely had great customer service and was a man of his word whenever we communicated over the phone I also received text updates in between the fixes which kept me updated. Also, whenever I spoke to the woman at the desk she was always kind and showed great customer service on the phone and in person.
