I was going to give them just one star but they did take care of my original problem. My wife's car went into limp mode. After trying to fix it myself I ended up having to take it to them to fix after three other shops tried to fix it. Now this is the part where the one star would've came in they let our car leave them with check engine lights on, I just the codes and have David a call about it he told me to bring it back and he'd take care of it. My wife travels in her line of work so it has now been a couple of weeks, I call him back and he proceededs to tell me that if there was a light on it's only because he was told by us not to fix it to only get it running... We never said anything such thing and to me that is just bad business on their end to let it leave with a check engine light one... But other than that they did do a good job!!

I recently had my car serviced at Jeff Wyler in Springfield. Was impressed from the get go!! I believe it was Dave, maybe Josh signed me in and he explained it may take a lil longer due to I made my appt that morning. Offered me a ride home or to Meijers while I wait. I declined and walked right across the way to Meijers. Upon just getting back to Wyler, my car was just finished. Perfect timing!! Myself working in customer service, when I see someone go above and beyond, I give them a big shout out!! And if I wasnt already impressed, they sent me a video explaing what they did as they sevicing my car!! Cudos to You all at Jeff Wyler!! And this is exactly why I buy my cars at Jeff Wyler!! Highly recommend!! Thanks for the great customer service!!

I stopped at the jeep service dept because someone messed up my hood latches and I couldn't make it home. I spoke with Logan about my problem and he took care of the problem with no charge. Logan was very professional and actually cared about the situation.
