This place was a saviour for us, and the manager, Tyler Wood was the angel! Our car got the charging system problem(the red battery sign on the dashboard), which has to be addressed as an emergency, on our road trip from Toronto to Georgia, it was mid-Saturday, and we were really afraid to get stuck, but the locals pointed us to this shop, and Tyler went out of his way to help us! They changed the accelerator and the belt in under two hours, and we were back on the road! The shop is super clean, staff nice and knowledgeable, and the price was super reasonable. Highly recommended!

Awesome experience. I was able to work in their comfy waiting area while they worked on my car. They did a full inspection and oil change for a really good price. For me, the best part was that they provide a portal for customers to show the progress of your service and a step by step video of the inspection to show and explain to you what’s good and what needs work. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, this makes me feel like I can trust them with all my car needs. Quick service, professional mechanics, and the manager Bryon was very kind and very accommodating. Definitely going here from now on. 10/10.

Good price, and service. The only thing is, like others have said, don't be in a hurry, and make sure you have a credit or debit card, as they do not accept cash. I feel that should be posted on their door, and on their website.

I cannot express enough gratitude of how well I have been treated by this business at this location through the years. Mark the previous manager did a great job. Byron has given the same consistent service. Byron also went beyond the extra mile to earn my business. Thank you for increasing your service capacity at this location. Glad you’re able to do more. I was even able to discuss my problems and concerns with the head technician AJ. Wow, there are a lot of dealerships let you talk to your mechanics. That right there won me over. Also, Byron WILL call you about updates an d returns phone calls. Another tribute lost in today’s business culture. Keep up the great works!!! I will be back at this location. Perhaps your Urbana dealership will aspire to your standards in Springfield.

Needed an oil change on my 2013 Honda van so I made an appointment for service. I was able to get in within a couple of days. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and it was ready in a couple of hours. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was clean and well kept. There were windows looking out to the service bays if you wanted to watch the techs. There were also bar stools to sit at the windows. Very customer oriented. I thought the price was fair and the service was good. I will be back.
