We get so many screws and nails in our tires lololol....thank heavens for these folks. Always give us a fair price and do not charge when they do not need to. Really great team over there at this one too!

I had to check just to get a full inspection mainly for my wheels and steering. Friendly staff but when I went I was told everything was fine after sitting for them to check it for about 15 minutes for a wobble in only one of my front tires and was told suspension and everything was fine but not good news that it might be just something in my transmission. Did not get a thorough inspection. Went to a different Firestone down the road for a second opinion and they found the issue in 10 minutes of taking tires off, and more, that explained my issues. It was 10$ but if you want to get a second opinion just in case. Turns out it was because my axle was starting to separate like my friend told me he thought it was if not the tie rod end.

I took my car to NBI and they over charged me for a part that I didn't need. Then I took my car to Firestone and they provided me Excellent Customer Service and stayed in contact with updates and the correct part was put on my car. The next day, I needed a new tire so I called Firestone. I will never go to anyone else especially NBI.

Fantastic service and hospitality by Daniel and his team working. They were all very friendly and helpful. I just moved to Greenville and they were very hospitable and friendly and made sure I was taken care of quickly.

Late review but I had a wonderful experience. I came in for an oil change and a front end alignment. I was prepared for them to tell me I needed new tires all around. They told me I just needed front tires and I chose the full replacement since they didn’t try to upsale me. They were transparent with their prices and i paid what they said I would pay minus a discount because I was there for a few hours which didn’t bother me because I knew they were busy. Thank y’all for being a great team!
