Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have taken my car to this particular location multiple times, and unfortunately, I’ve had repeated bad experiences. On multiple occasions, something has gone wrong, whether it’s the quality of the work (Example forgetting to rotate my tires and finding out I have a nail in my tire that probably would’ve been seen. Had my tires been rotated) Communication (falsely exaggerating, an issue and finding out later, thankfully before I put more money into it…… that the quote on quote issue was fixed at the time of service, after speaking with the service manager). I truly appreciate the service manager for clarifying and giving me peace of mind regarding the situation. When you take your car to a professional, trust is essential—especially for something as important as your vehicle—but I no longer trust this business location to work on my car. After giving them multiple chances, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to service your vehicle, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We all know how intimidating it is to get our car worked on and wonder if pricing is fair. I did due diligence and got 5 different quotes and Firestone was the best as well being honest. Now you don't have to shop around! Corey was so professional and respectful I highly recommend seeing Corey for your auto needs! Ok, Jason is awesome as well. Thank you Corey and Jason my car drives great!

This location has the BEST staff that made me understand things as a female coming into this shop. They spoke to me with understanding, got my car fixed in a timely manner, and I have been a loyal customer ever since. They definitely do not take advantage of you here. I highly recommend for anyone looking to get their car serviced or repaired in this area. 10/10 experience all around!!

Been using Firestone for the past few year on multiple car. Service been meh..most of the time. Today we took a vehicle in for a nail in the tire. We had the hazards protection they push for so much. Waited 1:30 min for them to tell me it’s note repairable told them I’ll drop it off later when they have more time. Came back at 2pm to drop off the tire to get it replace. Got the just give me 1hr I’ll have it ready was told by Daniel the service rep. What a joke got there at 5:30pm ask them how much do I own them for the replacement tire. comes back with idk. The tire hasn’t been touch since I dropped it off. What a complete joke so much for them being busy . Come back with the give me 5min will have it done.Try to make their job easier by dropping off the wheel and tire. Awful service. JUSTIN HERRING make your employees are properly trained. This is not the first time . It’s been multiple times. Save yourself the time and take it to local shop.
