the technician stripped my lock lug nut key badly with a powerful impact wrench, and told me to get a new key so they can take the tires off to do tire rotation. very irresponsible and careless this is a follow up of my initial review with a "one" star rating on this Firestone store. It turned out I was wrong in assuming the store technician stripped the key while trying to take off the wheels. Actually the key was discovered stripped and not functional by the tech. to my defense, when the tech and Steve initially talked to me about the stripped key, they didn't explain that they found the key stripped. I went back to the store for alignment after I got rid of the lock lug nuts with a newly purchased key from a Lexus dealer. the store did the alignment quickly and I was very satisfied. Steve was very professional and respectful in explaining the whole story to me. I apologized to Steve for my non-factual assumption and told him I was going to update the review. I have been going to this store for services for 20 years and I personally know Steve for over 10 years before he became the store manager. I will still go back to this store for services after this experience.

My daughter brought her car here to have a repair done for her tire. These guys are great!! They fit us in and finished the work in good time. Stay away from the one at Chapel Hill. That’s where we took it at first, and they did nothing.

Had to take car to Firestone Pkwy location for warranty work. Took 3 trips for them to realize back brakes were bad. Still never fixed front brakes I brought it in for. Fast forward. Car dies, pop the hood. They never replaced brake fluid cap. Brake fluid all over driveway. Take car back, they tell me it's done I drive it home. This morning I get a phone call that my brake fluid lid finally came in!?!?!? They let me drive it home twice without the brake fluid cap. Also, front brakes still grinding, warranty is expired now and have to pay to fix it because they were inept. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

Came in for an oil change. I had recently gotten a tire pressure warning so I asked for them to check as well. The report from the technician said all tires were near perfect. I continued to get the warning so the next day I checked myself and found one tire considerably low. I believe they didn't measure pressure at all. They also left one of their work order binders on the mirror of my car. The skipped work and lack of attention to detail should give anyone concern that this location is not completing the work they claim to do.

When I first dropped off my car, I got a phone call asking me 'how to open my hood'...i had to explain to them there was a lever to pull...then things got worse when they told me they couldn't jump my battery so I had to walk into the pit, and attach the jumpbox myself...it was insane. Not to mention multiple quotes all of all kinds. Never will i ever, go there again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve had the lifetime alignment package with Firestone for a few years, so when I recently had brand new, top-tier tires installed elsewhere (because Firestone’s tire quotes were higher than every other vendor I called), I came back to this location to use the alignment service I already paid for and get things checked over. I was also dealing with some front-end vibration and squealing, so I paid extra for an inspection, assuming they’d actually do it. They told me the alignment was done and everything — including the brakes — looked fine. But when I asked for the alignment printout, they said they “misplaced it.” No documentation, no proof — just a shrug and a vague excuse. As soon as I started driving, it was obvious nothing had been done. The steering wheel had to be turned slightly left to drive straight, which was an obvious sign the alignment was still way off. So I took it to Quick Lane, and they confirmed that the alignment was so bad it was already wearing a chunk off my brand new tire and that my front brake pads were worn down to 1mm — something Firestone claimed was “fine”. That’s not just poor service — it’s incompetence and dishonesty. I spent extra money for an inspection that clearly wasn’t done, and now I’m facing premature tire damage and unexpected brake repairs that should’ve been caught and fixed then. Quick Lane was a night-and-day difference — far better pricing, transparent service, and they actually did the work. I’ll be taking all future business there. Avoid this Firestone location at all costs.

I had to return to the store to get tires re-balanced (or potentially replaced due to poor uniformity). But the store got me back in quickly and after the rebalance I was half way home before I remembered to see if I noticed a difference, meaning the balance problem wasn't noticeable. I think maybe some very small residual unbalance remains, but much improved and good for now. I appreciate the store giving it another try and making things better.

I was able to make an appointment online for the next day. We dropped of the Silverado for front brake replacement. Everyone we encountered was very professional. We believe we received a great price and the work was completed that same day. We are good as new!

Had my car for 24 hours and never touched it. A tech called out and they don’t have any one else who knows how to do that job. useless shop I can’t rate them any lower

I've been coming to this location for decades....and sadly watching it's decline. The store and waiting areas are filthy and trash is overflowing. Don't even bother going into the restroom. They treat everyone as if customer expectations are unreasonable. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not...you WILL wait a long time. You ALWAYS need an alignment unless you have purchased their Lifetime Alignment...in which case you NEVER need an alignment. The entire experience is insulting, really. I will never go back again. Poor Harvey Firestone must be spinning in his grave. :(
