The good things that can be said about Erica and her team are endless. They're the only group to touch my vehicles if it can be helped. Erica is always the absolute sweetest, and the work is done in a timely manner. I never worry about if things are done correctly like I have leaving other places in the past. Doing business here is painless, and they will continue to be my go to indefinitely.

Absolutely love this place! They offer stellar service! First time going there they were able to get me a NEW tire in the same day for a really great price! Next time I visited, it was due to a popped tire and they again were able to handle that same day! With this visit though, there was additional damage that they were able to tell me about which was discovered at about 3PM and they were even able to get the part and fix it.. Thank you Elijah(sorry if it's misspelled), for handling my car with care and staying late to get it done for me! And thank you Erica (again, sorry for the spelling), for being so helpful and making magic happen. Will absolutely be coming here for all of our car care needs!

We were traveling from Iowa to Philadelphia, stopping overnight in Akron. We had a tire that was wobbling badly and we asked our Airbnb host where we could have it looked at the following (Monday) morning. She recommended Stan’s. I got there first thing and Erica was incredibly busy, people lined up for help and she was shorthanded. She got somebody on my car right away and they were able to get everything figured out. The price was very reasonable and they could not have been more helpful and friendly. Erica is a total gem and the people there are absolutely OUTSTANDING. I cannot praise them highly enough. These are definitely the kind of trustworthy and caring people you want to go to when you need service. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Stan’s Auto is amazing! After dealing with multiple scams or general bad service we found Stan’s and go back for oil changes and anytime we run into an issue. Erica not only has outstanding customer service the whole team goes above and beyond with quality service to ensure the job is done right. They care about their customers and it really shows. Today I pulled out of my driveway and noticed a flat tire. Luckily I was right down the street from Stan's. I knew I could just pull in and could get a quick diagnosis as I've used them before. Erika the receptionist is nice as ever. Empathising, she was able to get the tire tech Chuck to have a look almost immediately. Chuck took the time to show me the tire was damaged. I told him I had another set of wheels and he offered me a ride to go pick them up since I lived so close by. What a nice guy that Chuck was! We picked them up and swapped them out and he even offered to bring my other tires back to me after lunch. 10/10 highly recommend. Their service team is unbeatable when it comes to customer service, being honest, and fair. I will definitely be back for my next car maintenance! Thank you Erika and Chuck!

Erica and the guys at Stan's are always on top of everything I need with regards to my cars. The prices are fair and they will do the work that is needed as if it was their own car. I highly recommend them for any auto service including tires!

I truly appreciate Erica! I needed a last-minute PPI on a used vehicle and called to schedule one. She let me know they were fully booked but suggested I call back the next day and they could try to fit me in. Depending on how the day progressed. Sure enough, when I called back, she was able to get me in! The pricing was also very reasonable. I appreciate you and the team for making it happen. Even though this shop is a bit out of the way for me, I look forward to returning and doing more business with you!😀
