After an accident in June 2022, my insurance was ready to total my 2005 VIBE. The owners were able to convince the adjuster that the car was worth saving. They pounded out the dents, replaced the bumper & painted it for just under the value of my car. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

I was directed to Pearl & Glass on Cole Ave in Akron to handle the job of replacing my engine and I am so grateful for having experienced such an easy transaction. They were wonderful in explaining every detail as they went along, they handled my replacement in a timely manner, they were extremely friendly and professional, they handled every aspect of dealing with the warranty company as I didn't have to speak to them at all, they went above & beyond my expectations after my engine was in there ended up being a few sensors on the engine that needed replaced and although the warranty company would not cover the cost of these because they were electronic parts, Tom and his staff saved me hundreds of dollars by replacing these sensors at no charge to me, labor, parts and all. I cannot express the gratitude I have for that as I know one sensor replacement would have cost me $185 plus labor of around a $100, so one sensor would have cost me around $300 to replace and they took care of them all for me. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this garage for vehicle repairs & service. It was a pleasure dealing with such an understanding company for once.

Was recommended this shop by a good friend. Cannot thank him or the fine gentleman at this company enough. Worked with Mike and Tom. Both were very helpful and they did exactly what I asked them to do and even went above and beyond to bring my car back to life for a fraction of the cost others had quoted me. Call Pearl first you don’t regret it!
