Decker Muffler LLC

Was charge $20 for them to do a 20 second inspection and was quoted $225 for a middle muffler replacement. Assuming it was the owner or manager argued and refused to offer any other tier replacement for cheaper pricing. I went to ritzman muffler and got better quality parts and customer service parts and labor for $70. Save your money and look elsewhere this place is seriously price gouging Please don’t respond to my message because you barely wanted to speak to me when I was in store

Good people through and through I've known these guys for years and they always offer superb work for a very fair price, I wouldn't take my cars any other place for muffler work ever!! Thank you Mike and Nate for just being you, you guys are awesome!

Best repair shop in town. I HATE going to get my car fixed because I know I get taken advantage of but at Decker Muffler you are treated fairly. Decker is a family owned business and there is nothing better than supporting local.

Very good kind honest service!!! Quality of work is excellent! Got my mufflers replaced and brand new with warrenty 2021! It’s now 2025 and I came back because my car was getter louder and they serviced and replaced mufflers with warrenty same excellent and honest service!!

I arrived at 8:00AM without an appointment. Within 2 minutes, I was speaking to a technician. I described the sound the car was making. He started the car and immediately diagnosed the issue. Within 10 minutes the problem was resolved for a reasonable price and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is an outstanding muffler shop and truly a hidden gem in the city of Akron! From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, efficient, and welcoming. They got me in and out quickly without compromising on quality. I was even extremely specific with the type of Exhaust Tip I wanted and they got it perfect! The shop itself is located in a charming vintage building, and the entire property is well-maintained and clean. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of exhaust or muffler work!

Great mechanics. They always take care of us for a great price. Theyre Honest and trustworthy people. My sister and mom take their car there and they don't get the run around just because they're females. Highly recommend, wont take my truck anywhere else.

Super good experience getting resonators deleted on my Civic Type R. In and out extremely fast as a walk-in client and reasonably priced. Even invited me under the lift to inspect the welds and work done, which looked incredible.

They did my muffler delete on my ls4 monte carlo ss. I'm completely blown away by how it sounds! Quick reasonably priced and they allowed me to watch and ask all the questions I could think of lol. I'll be making another visit to have more work completed this summer. Awesome...Awesome job guys!!

Called and the receptionist told me to come on up. First come first serve. Got me together in less than 30mins. I couldn’t believe it. $180 and my car is quiet. Highly recommend if you want your car fixed immediately and not ripped off. Thank you again!
