I stopped in and they were really busy, so I made an apt for the next day. Sebastian was really helpful and scheduled a free brake inspection. Bobby was the mechanic and took the time to not only inspect the brakes, but go over and show me all the other things that need to be done soon. They were friendly and finished in the time frame set out. I'll be back for more! Thank you.

Had some wrickety carriage like sounds coming from the front of the car yesterday morning. Took it to Evans for an evaluation on the way to work just to verify if it was safe to drive car or not. Despite the last minute request on a busy a busy afternoon, Armando took time out of the busy desk of calls coming in to drive it a little. He told me just after turning the wheel, he immediately knew what it was. Struts needed replacing. Noted the rear shocks were leaking as well. They got me in first thing in the morning the following morning. Topped off the air pressure in the tires per my request. Price of repair was fair and they got me squared away at the time they quoted me lickety split. Highly recommend these guys.

Excellent customer service; very concerned about my safety on the road due to bad tires. Took care of everything and even bought me gasoline because I ran out during the inspection. Informed me about some other issues with my vehicle that I should have known about and gave me pricing information. They even gave me a price discount at the end, thank you so much to Brian the service advisor for all his services.

From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. They didn’t belittle me bc I know nothing of tires. They answered my questions, and provided me a timeframe. They kept to it as well, as I got a call when they were done. Upon receiving my vehicle, my additional questions were answered, while building a rapport! Just my kind of place!! As it’s right down the street from my office, I will continue to use them as my ‘go-to’ for my Volvo! Brian and Armando are awesome!! Great facility!

Had a great experience getting my tires replaced and alignment done. Mike was fantastic — he handled everything in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. On top of that, he even did me a favor and took the car to the car wash. That extra touch really meant a lot. Very happy with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend! This my second purchase of tires from Evans Tire located off Scripps-Poway Parkway in Scripps Highland. Like my first purchase a few years ago, my experience today was excellent. I had stopped to see if a flat tire could be repair but it was too old and too worn. Evans Tire replaced all 4 of my very old tires for a great price. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. I found the Evan's crew to be friendly and professional getting me and my old truck back on the road with new, safe tires.

Awesome experience and excellent service. Mike and his staff were honest with their assessment of my tire replacement and even had time to fit me in the same day. Great staff and affordable pricing. Worth a look and will be coming back for repeat business.

Extremely pleased with their service! We purchased a battery from Costco (great price!) and Costco Auto Program recommended Evans Scripps Ranch to do the installation. I called Evans and spoke with Mike who confirmed their participation with the Costco Auto program, provided a great price ($25 - 15% discount), and said to just come in. They installed the battery right away in about 10 minutes. I was very impressed!
