These guys are the best. They make it so easy to get things done with exceptional service every time! They offer free flat tire repair, tire rotation, and balance and air pressure. They also have great deals on new tires. Lots of waiting area, recommend to book a prior appointment though.

We came in around 1:45pm on a Saturday. We bought two tires for our vehicle, and the transaction was completed around 2:09pm. Our receipt had an expected completion time of 4:41pm. At 4:25pm our car had not even moved from our original parking spot. When we went to the counter to inquire on the time, we were told that they fell behind because of two injuries and that we would have been told that it was going to be at least another hour. The professionalism by the staff is astonishing. No apologies, other than, the person who helped you should have told you. These technicians don’t care about your time, I would steer clear of this location and go to Costco or any other discount. Terrible service, I will not be returning. Edit: after finally getting our car at 5:00pm, I expressed my frustration with the manager. Here are photos of the two tires, the rear driver side tire they seemed to clean up, but the rear driver side tire was a mess with all the lubricant they use on the tires. Half ass job for spending $500 for two tires.

Came in here today (Friday 10/18/24) to have my father’s Toyota Tundra looked at. His passenger front tire was leaking air and we suspected a puncture in the tire. We were greeted by Dennis. He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He explained the policy and procedure to us and let us know it would take a little longer for the truck to be looked at since they were busy. He signed us up for text messaging updates so we knew where the vehicle was throughout the process. We came back later once texts were received that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Dennis let us know that the tire was leaking air due to a bad valve stem and sensor was bad as well. They replaced everything efficiently and free of charge. I am beyond impressed with the quality of service I received today. Dennis is a very genuine individual. I do not write reviews often but I feel obligated to give Dennis and his team recognition for the amazing service I received today. I will be purchasing my father and myself tires from here going forward. Thank you so much Dennis your service is greatly appreciated.

Had a slow leak because of a screw in the middle of my tire. Service advisor Hugo was very friendly and helpful. Hector the service lead was also very friendly and kept me informed. They fixed the leak and rebalanced my tire in less than 30 minutes and for free.

Sometimes they’re busy, but they’re always professional and kind (Brandon M happened to be taking care of me). On this particular day, half an hour before closing, they were so calm and reassuring that the issue with the vehicle, which had to be towed to the site, will be addressed.

My husband and mom had gone to Discount Tire (Peñasquitos) with good results, so when I had a flat due to 3 nails, it was my go-to. ORDER ON-LINE OPTION I ordered the tires on-line (discounttire.com) in the comfort of my own home, which gave me time to research and compare tires, features, reviews and prices. I was impressed by the ease of use of the web site. Simply enter in your car make/model/year, etc. and it will tell you which 'good/better/best' tires are recommended with prices and features. This prevented me from turning up clueless at the store and buying under pressure. TIRES WHILE YOU WAIT When I got to Discount Tire, (driving on my spare after getting a flat!) I parked, then waited in the 'Walk-ins' line. It was maybe a 7-10 minute wait. The merchant walked with me out to my car, got the mileage and some other info and then back in the shop, he completed my order and told me it would be about an hour. I sat in the waiting room and read a magazine. It was more like a 35-40 minute wait, but about an hour from when I first entered the shop. (Keeping in mind I'd already purchased my tires on-line). POLITE STAFF All the staff I encountered were very polite, informative and seemingly honest. One merchant was recommending used tires to someone on a tight budget. POPULAR It was quite busy with all bays full and customers coming and going on a Tuesday. BETTER THAN A PREVIOUS TIRE ESTABLISHMENT I BOUGHT FROM I previously used a nearby 'membership big-box store' for my tires and didn't like the experience at all. Discount Tire was a faster, smoother, more pleasant experience and I'd definitely go there again. Don't forget to ask for your AAA discount or use Rakutan for on-line purchases.

Came there without appointment to get my tire patched. Sergio was nice and professional. He set the right expectation in terms of how long it will take since I was a walk in client. However, they were able to get it done way faster. I like it that way, under promise and over deliver. I wish more places would be the same way

I had the pleasure of having my flat tire addressed as well as my cost needs met for two new tires through the insight and helpfulness I received from James at the service desk. I’ve been coming to the Carmel mountain discount tire for 10+ years, and I always have been treated more than fair by their service techs. I appreciate the help today, James did a great job! He even helped me get my windshield wipers installed.
