You just have to leave a message then wait a couple days for the referee to call you back. Once that happens, you are speaking with an intelligent person with real world answers. Very helpful and informative. You just have to be patient to get answers.

The email I received seemed detailed without the details of how to find this place. I think it's safe to say most people will be using GPS to get here so once you're going over the side street speed bumps, you'll see the shop to your right. There's signs saying no entrance and you'll see parking at your next right with signs. I've included pictures so you know what to look for.

Spoke to referee there named Mike and i have to admit at first i was a little nervous having to try to get my car barred because of all the stories you hear about referees, but really after speaking to Mike, that dude is one awesome person. He legit just gives you all the information you need to get whatever you need to get done done. You get caught up with all the bias and fuss people deal with but down to the bare bone they’re here doing their job the best they can and as well as they can. Its is a hassle in general trying to get the appointments and process. especially during COVID time, but kinda debating if i might just take a hour+ drive down here to finish up my process since he definitely sounds like he knows what he’s doing. Either way this place seems very legit and lucky to have someone as knowledgeable and experienced as Mike working there.
