And then the next car I got WAS OVER the mileage limit I was told was a requirement for their loaner cars. I got my car back after 2 months and the dealer didn’t even bother to give it a wash or anything. I spoke with Josh Elkins service manager and he told me to call him if I had any more issues with my vehicle since he was “confident” they fixed the issue after the third time. I ran into an issue the next day! I called Josh and he was indifferent, he told me to call roadside assistance and that bringing me a loaner is not something they will do and his workers could come and pick me up so I didn’t have to ride with tow truck “but that’s not something they are going to want to do” were his exact words. I have never had worse customer service from a dealership EVER! My car is now in service for the FIFTH time and I was now told there are no loaner vehicles for me since they are all out to customers waiting on “extended parts” meaning that their whole fleet of loaners are with customers probably ALSO waiting MANY months for their cars to be repaired. I cannot warn you enough to STAY AWAY from this dealership. Take it from me if you care about how you are treated at a dealer or plan to take your car back for service at the dealer, go elsewhere." Usually, I'm pretty satisfied with Elkins service. I've given them thousands of dollars in service business and bought 2 vehicles from ELKINS. However, Monday, they dropped the ball. My Silverado wouldn't start. AAA, and another service dealership said it was a faulty battery. ELKINS put a new battery in the Truck last year. The battery had a bad cell. After the vehicle runs the alternator replenishes the battery and both read at proper levels. Once the vehicle sits for 2 days, it goes dead. I told the service Representative this. But she said she couldn't warranty the battery because it was reading good. I'm from New York. Moved to Mount Laurel 2 years ago. My Chevrolet dealership up there in New York, Atlantic Chevrolet in Bay Shore would have just swapped out the battery they put in to keep a good customer. I spent $1900 there last week for a new starter, brake switch, oil change, tire rotation and left side mirror cap. Last year $1400 for new rear shocks and tie rod extensions. In 2023 another $1400 to rewire the fuel tank. Let's notvforget the routine oil changes. I had another dealership replace the Battery. I'm replacing the ball joints and tie rods next. So, ELKINS, just lost over $2,000 in new business. There won't be a 3rd vehicle bought from them either, so their good sales representative Tony Dillard lost a valued customer also. All that new business just walked up out of there when I asked for my keys back and took my business elsewhere.

I recently took my vehicle to this Chevy dealership for new tires and an oil change, with a 7:30 a.m. appointment. I arrived at 7:00 a.m., expecting to be among the first served, but ended up waiting until nearly 11:00 a.m. When I politely inquired about the long wait, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response from the service manager. Instead of addressing my concerns with understanding, he was condescending, snickering at my expectations and offering no real explanation—only stating that their tire technicians don’t arrive until 8:00 a.m., which was never communicated when I booked my appointment. A simple apology and better transparency would have gone a long way, but the manager chose to be unhelpful and unprofessional. If customer service and clear communication matter to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. I expected better from a Chevrolet dealership.

My car went back scented time because the top stopped going down and they said it was under warranty from the first time after 585.00 later but the good news they fixed the wheel sensors and for got about the odometer in the middle of the dash otherwise it was OK 👍
