Better price from the dealer (ford) by 2k on under a 4 thousand dollar bill AND had to pay $260 for the quote. I'm going to pretend this place doesn't exist. If they didn't want to work on it, don't charge for the quote.

I dropped off four tractor injectors to be evaluated at 07:30 AM. The manager, Elliott Piton, tested the injectors while I was standing there and showed me all the issues with the injectors. He researched my tractor data and picked out the best parts for my engine. He rebuilt all four injectors in under three hours and my tractor down-time was under five hours. Excellent service. I am now a life time customer. Thanks to Elliott's customer service.

was having some trouble w/ my 2500 diesel, these guys were able to diagnose it quickly and were straight up about the repairs required. They didn't try to sell me on anything special, they took care of the repairs that were needed in a most cost effective manner and offered suggestions on repairs for the future. Their mechanics are diligent and professional and imo some of the best in the industry, best of all they'll explain things the way they are. If you can handle the most technical of answers they have it, if you need a more distilled version of that answer they can do that too. The service managers are a pleasure to talk with, very professional, patient, and have a genuine understanding of how to communicate between customer and mechanic. Diesel Specialists are exactly that and are an outstanding shop. They made my truck work, so i could work.
