DB Complete Auto Care Introduce

Attention Monroe Township residents! When your vehicle requires professional auto repair services, selecting a reliable and competent auto repair station is paramount for ensuring the safety and longevity of your car. DB Complete Auto Care, located at 15212 S Telegraph Rd, Monroe Township, MI 48161, is listed as an option for your auto repair needs. They can be contacted at (734) 344-7418 or their mobile number, +1 734-344-7418.

As an auto repair station, DB Complete Auto Care would typically offer a range of services aimed at diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various aspects of your vehicle. While specific details about their facility's environment are not provided online, a standard auto repair shop generally includes service bays equipped with lifts, diagnostic tools, and various specialized equipment necessary for different types of automotive work. One might expect designated areas for engine and transmission repairs, electrical system diagnostics, brake services, exhaust system work, and general maintenance.

However, it is crucial for local users to be aware of recent customer feedback regarding their experiences with DB Complete Auto Care. The online reviews available present serious concerns about the quality of service provided. One customer detailed a highly negative experience following an engine swap. According to this review, the vehicle was returned in poor running condition, described as "like garbage." The reviewer alleged several issues, including a damaged air box hose that was seemingly taped with electrical tape, loose components such as the starter and airbox, loose bolts, and the presence of random parts and debris in the engine bay. They also reported grease in the interior of their car, a lit Check Engine Light (CEL), idling problems, and bogging during acceleration.

Furthermore, this customer claimed that two vapor lines were missing, and another was incorrectly installed and not properly connected. They also stated that the air conditioning, which was functional upon drop-off, was not recharged, and the radio fuse had been blown. Additionally, the wiper washers were reportedly unhooked. The reviewer concluded that the repair was clearly beyond the abilities of the "mechanic" and noted the exceptionally long turnaround time of over two months. Adding to their dissatisfaction, the customer alleged that the shop switched locations while their car was in their possession without any notification. They also claimed that attempts to contact both Steve and the owner, Dave, with photographic evidence of the issues were ignored.

Another review, while stating an intention not to leave a "bad review," still provided concerning details about the state of the vehicle after a tune-up. The reviewer mentioned receiving their vehicle back with a disconnected grounding plug and two broken bolts related to the coil grounding, implying potential negligence or incomplete work. They also indicated the need to reroute wires according to Ford's recommendations, suggesting that the wiring was not done correctly by DB Complete Auto Care.

Given these critical customer experiences, it is difficult to objectively describe positive features or promotional information for DB Complete Auto Care based solely on the provided data. The overwhelming sentiment from these reviews points towards significant issues with the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, communication, and overall customer service.

Potential customers should carefully consider this feedback when making decisions about their auto repair needs. While every business can have isolated negative experiences, the nature and severity of the issues described in these reviews warrant serious consideration. It is advisable to seek additional information, perhaps from other sources or by directly contacting DB Complete Auto Care to understand their perspective and any steps they may have taken to address these concerns.

As a local auto repair station in Monroe Township, MI, DB Complete Auto Care is geographically accessible to residents in the area. However, the provided customer reviews raise red flags regarding their service quality and professionalism. Local users might want to exercise caution and explore other auto repair options in the vicinity that have a more consistently positive track record of customer satisfaction and reliable service.

In conclusion, the information available regarding DB Complete Auto Care in Monroe Township, MI, primarily consists of negative customer reviews detailing significant issues with engine swap and tune-up services. These reviews allege poor workmanship, damage to vehicle components, incomplete repairs, lack of communication, and extended service times. Based on this information, it is challenging to provide a positive introduction or highlight beneficial features or promotions. Local users are strongly advised to carefully weigh these customer experiences and conduct thorough research before entrusting their vehicle to DB Complete Auto Care. Seeking alternative auto repair stations with more favorable and consistent customer feedback may be a prudent course of action.

DB Complete Auto Care Customer Reviews

I had an engine swap done. The car is now running like garbage. The air box hose was not destroyed like this when it came in. The “mechanic” taped it with electrical tape. The starter and airbox were loose. Loose bolts, random parts and garbage all over the engine bay. Grease in the interior of the car. CEL is currently on and the car won’t idle and Boggs during acceleration. Two vapor lines missing and one is completely wrong and not hooked up properly. They didn’t bother, recharging the air conditioning, which worked when dropped off. They somehow blew the radio fuse. They unhooked the wiper washers and left it unhooked. They were obviously outside of their abilities on this one. It also took them two months+ to complete my car. They also switched locations while they had my car without bothering to let me know. Sent photos to both Steve and owner Dave to give them the opportunity to respond or make this right and both ghosted me. Stay far away!

I will not leave a bad review but here was a tuneup of how I received my vehicle back, you be the judge. I’ll attach my grounding plug and repair the 2 bolts broken grounding my coil and reroute the wires the way ford recommends.

I have been going to this business for almost 8 years. I love their work they do. I love how they explain everything to you before they work on your vehicle (s). I believe the owner and staff are well experienced. I have recommend then to several of my friends and family members and they all will tell you the same. Most shops try to screw woman because they think we don't know much. But not this place. Price and service is the same for everyone. Stop in and get a great experience as I did.

My goodness they are truly good and honest! In a world where everything is changing, DB is like a rock of stability and reliability. They replaced the transmission and brakes at a fraction of the price that the other guy wanted to charge me. Their work is top quality too. everything is done right the first time. I highly recommend them!
