Paul's Quality Collision, LLC

Recently got side swiped by a hydroplaning vehicle. Caused thousands in damages. Paul’s automotive was recommended by a few people I know. Their service was GREAT! They kept you updated via text where your vehicle was through the process. Everyone was friendly and even met Paul himself. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! Oh and they detailed my truck inside and out before I received it back. I appreciated that!

Always nice having such a 5 star local business. They're friendly, efficient and fast. Communication is a 10 across the board- they always make sure you know what's going on or what the next steps are to make sure your vehicle is taken care of. I won't go anywhere else to have my vehicles serviced.

Everyone was friendly and respectful. They worked well with my insurance company and got my vehicle done within two weeks. It had a lot of front end and driver side damage from a deer. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! I highly recommend them. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer. Jenn you’re the best. Thanks for all the updates throughout the weeks. Their workmanship is awesome! You would never know our truck was in an accident. This is the second time we used them. They worked with our insurance company. We didnt worry about anything. We rented a car right next door at Enterprise! It was a great experience!

I was involved in a car accident which caused major damages to my vehicle (ram 1500 2023). Just purchasing the vehicle within the month of the accident; I was heartbroken. I didn't know what to do considering I had never been in a position such as this. I had talked with insurance and was given very broad answers, not leaving me with much to go on and also quoting a very low estimate that even I knew was not enough to cover the damages. I contacted numerous auto body shops, and they all seemed good, leaving me confused as to who to go with. After contacting many collision body shops I called Paul's Quality Collision. The call left me speechless because the first thing I was asked during the call was "are you okay?". This was unique as no other shop asked. After making sure I was doing okay, the receptionist continued to reassure me that they would handle everything; insurance, the work needing done, and rental. It turned a horrible, confusing situation into a very easy situation. I dropped my vehicle off to them, and during the drive to drop the vehicle off I was notified that a rental was already reserved for me at Enterprise, which convenient enough, is located right next door! The entire process of dropping the vehicle off, to leaving with a rental, was less than 15minutes. During the time my vehicle was at Paul's; I was given daily updates and reassurance that my vehicle was being done correctly. I never had to speak with insurance after dropping the vehicle off, they handled everything. The entire staff is awesome, answered all questions asked, even it was repeated questions already answered. I picked the vehicle up today and it looks brand new. BRAND NEW. It looks the way I had driven it off the dealer lot before the accident. Thank you so much for the fantastic job, I'm happy to have it back!
