My husband went in this morning to get a battery for my car. He had gone to the dealership and didn’t get help. He then went to Autozone and the Manager went over and above to help. He also noticed that the break fluid reservoir was completely empty. Thank goodness he was so thorough. Whenever the Manager is there we feel confident that we will get service that goes over and above. Thank you so much!

Every single time I order parts here they mix them up. I need a front part it’s for the back. I need a driver part it’s for passenger. Or (i am a girl) I tell an associate what I need and they give me different than what I asked for after telling me i’m wrong (i wasn’t). Always wrong and I need to go back 2-3 times to get my car done. O’Reillys has been much better I always get the right part, the associates don’t treat me like i’m confused and I get coupons in my email :) $5 off i’m going to use for new windshield wipers

Came in the store to return an item that I was not sure if it was still under warranty. The gentleman looked it up, found out. It was still under warranty. It was a window regulator for a Chrysler driver side. Replaced the part very happy about that. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.
