Darrell's Firestone

We’ve taken our vehicles to Darrell’s Firestone a few times for various repairs. I’ve always had a good experience with their service and prices. This past experience was so good that I had to come post a review. I had driven my car on Saturday and everything was fine. The next morning it would crank over but not start. I took the battery out and had it tested at Autozone. They said it tested bad and was only at 50% charged. It was 4yrs old so I bought a new one. Put that one in and the car did the same thing. Cranked over good but wouldn’t start. I had the vehicle towed to Darrell’s on Monday morning and they started working on it that afternoon. After working to troubleshoot the issue for most of Tuesday, their tech identified the issue as a fuel pump driver module. Their price for the part and service were more than fair considering how much time and effort went into diagnosing the issue since the computer codes didn’t offer much help. Can recommend these guys enough. Hopefully I don’t have any more issues anytime soon, it if I do, I know where I’m taking my car.

Darrell’s Firestone is my new place to take my car! I have gone to them twice already! First time for an oil change and second when I needed a new front headlight. They have great customer service and I trust them with my car! 🚙 It’s also a super convenient location so if they don’t have your car for long you can wonder around Downtown Farmington 😍

Manager Brandon and his mechanic were very helpful in educating my nephew and I on the needed repairs to his car. They were considerate of my nephew's cost restraints and the repair costs seemed fair. The service was performed quickly and well done. Ty .. Good job

I cannot recommend enough. Car trouble is never a pleasant thing and Darrell went above and beyond to get my truck in and completely fixed as soon as possible. For an unexpected and unfortunate situation, Darrell truly made it far more pleasant than I could've imagined. I really wish auto shops in my area were this good. Highly recommend.

I dropped off my car to have a tire leak repaired. The people setting up the service were very helpful and friendly. The car was done before they promised and the charge was reasonable. Overall good and easy experience.

The staff were all personable and attentive. The Free brake inspection claim was honored upon request;saving me $39.00.I found their prices for labor a tad exorbitant. Yet,all together, it was an experience in patience and professionalism had by all.

I've been taking my vehicles here for a few years now. My 2008 ranger has needed many repairs, but they have kept it on the road and honestly, it's running better than ever. They are a busy shop though, so keep that in mind and be patient.
