Al was so wonderful! I was having lunch with a friend (luckily) across the street on a blizzard of a day … tire went completely flat, and I had an appointment 20 minutes from then that I couldn’t miss. I ran into the store and desperately asked if Al could quickly help put my spare on, told him I’d pay whatever the charge. He took care of it, without charge (even though I insisted) in 10 minutes. It was SO kind because I was in such a rush and didn’t have anyone else to help me. Really saved my day and his staff did a great job!! Thanks, Al!

It was very easy to make an appointment on-line. On arrival the service rep. listened to my concerns and entered info into his computer. My vehicle was diagnosed within a few hours. I received a call on the issue with a quote to make repairs. He also suggested a few other items for me to consider that the mechanic noticed while working on the vehicle. All work was done within the day and a nice summary report was provided afterwards on work performed, as well as a complete inspection of the vehicle. Highly recommend the Detroit Garage!

First time having my oil change done here. Al was absolutely wonderful! Kept me updated, was quick & beautiful area to wait in. Had I brought a martini with me, I would have stayed another 1-2 hours longer :) Will definitely be using The Detroit Garage for my next car issue

I recently had my cracked exhaust pipes replaced by TDG - FH. I will say that the repair ended up being more expensive than I was hoping for/expecting. It was recommended that I have both sides replaced because while one side was cracked, the other was ready to crack as well. Despite it being more expensive than I was hoping for, my car runs better than it did before the exhaust pipe cracked.They used genuine Jeep parts. I didn't feel pressured to replace the other side, but it was truly their recommendation. I was able to be fit in within a 24 hour notice, my car was fixed within 48 hours and runs so much better. The work to part price was very fair. I was contacted a week or so after the repair to ensure that I was satisfied with their work, which was kind. They might be para-dealership pricing, but I would trust my car in their hands again for repairs. The people actually car if your car gets fixed the way you want. Also their shop is impressively clean, which per my engineer S/O, that's a huge green flag.

I did some price shopping and The Farmington Garage came in over $300 less than their competitors. Also when I brought my vehicle in at noon it was ready by 5pm that day. Wonderful service and pricing.

I have been coming to The Detroit Garage for about 3 years. No one else does any work on my car. They are always professional, friendly and caring. Extremely knowledgeable. They never recommend things I don't need. Pricing is great. I have 114,000 miles on my car, and with them doing the upkeep for me, I know it will last for many more years. Thank you to the Team!!!

They always do a great job ...... very dependable. Great customer service and communicate with you all the way through the job. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Been using for over 15 years ...... the only place to go.

This is our go-to garage right in the middle of downtown Farmington. They are always able to fit me. Their prices are competitive and I trust their service. They are always willing to answer my questions and give me options that best fit my needs and budget. Great communication.

Clean place. Oil change went very smoothly. They recommended services according to owner's manual schedule and for some brake pad wear. They have a nice rating system for how important and they include prices. Fortunately, no pressure. I left with only the oil change but may be back for some of their recommendations.

I have been going to this local business for vehicle repairs for years because they always do a good job and answer all of my many questions. My vehicle is 20 years old and been neglected by me in the last 2 years due to my poor health but when I drove today that good old Jeep felt brand new. Staff is professional while still managing to be friendly. 5 stars!
