I showed up at 10:30 in the morning to have a fifth wheel base in my truck and swap out my fuel tank for this larger tank that would fit my truck appropriately. I wasn’t allowed to leave until 6 o’clock that evening I was made to sit for seven hours waiting for him to do two simple things. With no consideration on his end on my time as I am a transporter and I needed to leave within a reasonable time so I could make delivery on Friday. Because he kept me for seven hours, I had to push my delivery out to Monday. He was very rude, and would not talk with me, about what I was needing. He put every other customer in the store before me and not to mention after I finally was able to leave. I discovered that the bed railing on my truck had been damaged and no one said anything to me, this is a brand new truck with less than 5000 miles on it. I had also told him I would install the fifth wheel, and instead he installed it and charged me $150 after I already told him I could do it. At 6 o’clock in the evening after they closed, he still turned around and charged me $1300 after making me sit for seven hours and charged me for installing a fifth wheel I told him I would do, to save myself some money. I would really recommend no one go to this man’s business. He does not care about your time, or your equipment. If you’re in a hurry, and want professionalism, reasonably prices go to Dooley depot, I promise you you won’t regret it. Damn service center sucks, I will never go there again.

04/30/2025 The customer service, knowledge, professionalism, workmanship, and advice are astounding. Dan's will almost bend over backwards to help you meet your needs and accomplish your goals. Tell them what you want, listen to their wisdom on different options, make a decision, and then give them time to work their miracle. I went there to purchase an auxiliary fuel tank, hitch, tool box, and DOT inspection. I left with those items plus the correct weight distribution hitch with integrated sway control, a Gen Y Boss hitch, electronic fuel transfer, a bigger replacement fuel tank, and an airbag suspension system. I called ahead and scheduled a day and a half appointment. When I arrived we discussed what I wanted vs what I needed. I made the decision and installation commenced. Then while pursuing the store, I saw multiple items I wanted. I inquired about the items and I asked if they had time to install the items if purchased. I explained I did not expect them to jump through hoops and get everything dunn during my scheduled appointment but that I could extend my stay to get the work accomplished. I was met with yeses all the way. Yes we can do that, yes give us a little more time, and yes extend your stay by a day. They fit me into their crammed schedule and worked tirelessly to meet my desires. Thank you Dan, Ryan, and crew, for who you are, the job that each of you do, and your dedication to customer service. 05/12/25 Dan's did it again! I called ahead and asked if they would have time to install a bedcover on my pickup on May 12, 2025, in the afternoon. After some deliberation, and some schedule checking, I was met with yeses! Yes we can get you a bedcover, yes we can fit you in, see you when you get here! Thanks again Dan, Ryan, and crew for the work you do, and the professionalism and bend over backwards to make the customer happy work ethic.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Had a broken load distribution hitch and a damaged load bar. They had both in stock and got it installed with a new Gen-Y system on the spot at the best price I've found! Big shout out to Ryan and Shannnon for making quick work of it and getting me back in business!

If you want to get screwed Dan service center is the place to go. You will most definitely get screwed out of your time out of your money, and quite possibly out of your equipment. I sat there for 7 hours waiting for this guy To put a simple fifth will without the top because I already had the head for it. He charged me for installing it, which i could have done, but he didn't give me that option. Then treated me like I was trash, he wouldn't answer my questions. Basically told me to sit down and shut up in ao many words. He was very rude, very arrogant, and I'll tell you what, I will never darken That piece wonderful works door ever again, and if you've got Any sense to yourself? Don't go there, go to Dooley depot. They will treat you right. The place is clean. They will be courteous decent, and they will give you a fair price on all of their stuff. And it's fast, you won't be there all day like a dans and wait till next Christmas if he has anything to do with it. So don't go there. Okay, whatever you do, don't go there. You will get screwed. Trust me on that one, thank you

Great place to get your trailer done repaired whatever it is that you need. Also any hitch you may need this is the place to get it! Awesome guys awesome customer service. They always provide photos of before and after will disappoint.
