My bmpro on my 2022 Jayco has been nothing but a headache and now I just gave them $300 to replace the tablet i should have recieved originally because the tablet battery failed. Great recieved new tablet but it has a 2017 android version of software installed which is no longer supported. Not to mention i paid for new tablet and recieved version with a Micro-USB charging port ?

Nothing has changed from the reviews a year ago. No tech support at all. Called telephone number left message no return call. This unit is only two years old and does not operate at all. If you are looking to buy a new RV and it has a BM PRO operating the systems find another RV that doesn't use that system. It will leave you stranded.

No one cares, will not help. Unit constantly disconnecting and not working they reply with a generic instructions on how to set up email. Then stop emails. I can’t use my camper! You do not care

We have had a great experience with BMPRO. Our Pinnacle was experiencing a highly intermittent issue with the BMPRO system which was very difficult to isolate. The BMPRO technical staff were very helpful and patiently guided us through their troubleshooting process which resulted in a positive resolution to the problem. We are very happy with the communication and support provided by BMPRO and highly recommend them.

Like many, our brand new Jayco Open Range 2022 screen/tablet stopped working. We have had nothing but issues with this since we bought it. Now they are denying warranty because I unscrewed two screws to take a picture, that they requested, of the tablet serial number. Instead of helping the customer they find the easy way out to deny warranty and blame Jayco.
