My alternator failed on a Friday afternoon 250 miles from my home in Wisconsin. Unfortunately it was a 4 hour job and Carquest could not get it done but the mechanic spent at least 20 minutes on the phone finding someone in Elkhart who could (Belle tire). Otherwise I would have been stranded. Thank you.

On 9/30/24 I visited this store to get some LED bulbs for my truck. I prepaid 160.78 for a set of 4. I picked them up the next day. They did NOT fit my truck. On 10/2/24 I returned them. Instead of issuing a refund, they accidently charged me again. I called about 2 hours later when I noticed, and was issued a double refund for the double charge overthe phone. Today the refund was cancelled. I now have a dispute for both charges in w my bank. (10.3.24) I like to give the benefit of doubt before getting upset, but after North Side cancelled my refund, we are done. Shame on yall. Update: 10.4.24 North Side reissued the refund after I got USAA involved. I love having a military, gold backed bank. Thank you for resolving the issue quickly, and for the 3rd time.

Popped in as soon as they opened @ 8 am. Super Friendly, got our repairs done in less than 1.5 hours, and we were able to get back on the road! Didn't charge out-of-towners an arm and a leg either! 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I buy all our parts from here. December I bought an intake manifold for my truck. During install it was damaged and caused a serious misfire. I went in and spoke to Joey about getting a new one or a way to fix the new issue. He was honest and so helpful. I got a new one to be safe. I never really used their service department until today but I will for now on. Dan is who I dealt with on the maintenance side discussed the needs with my vehicle during repairs he called to tell me they found out some injector clips were damaged which is what one of the problems were and gave me my new price asked me if I wanted them to fix those as well. Most shops will fix it and charge you later. These guys are top notch great people.
